you literally quoted the rule that says they have to become a runner or complete the process. this is the 10th time you've repeated this, ignornatly ignoring no one ever once said otherwise. What was said is that after his knee contacted, he tucked the ball in, one of the items defined as becoming a runner, then upon seeing the endzone he changed the momentum of his fall to turn up field towards the end zone, a second definition that the nfl has for becoming a runner. So he did two things that the NFL defines as becoming a runner that the NFL would have used to defend the call had they called it a touchdown. Because the rule is as horseshit as your terrible understanding of it. "breaking the fall" has no role in the rule.
