TopicWhy does Brie Larson trigger so many men
Timmyjinkle
11/10/23 10:19:02 AM
#221
I don't have a problem with Brie Larson, hell Captain Marvel was absolutely fine as a movie, it was a 7/10.

However, the point is -- mainstream fans have a form of a Midas touch, except instead of gold anything they touch they turn to shit, eventually.
They bitch, and moan and get something changed and then there's literally nothing left of what it originally was, and everyone's holding their own ass saying "What happened? Why wasn't this shit successful?" Because Bob, you ruined it by tying it to appeal to the mainstream generic demographics, instead of the fans. Which is why the shit was successful in the first place, by being "PC", and "Correct" and "Wider Audience Appeal" you have lost the core of what you're actually producing. You have drained my hobby/interest/etc... into a dried husk and there's nothing left to appeal to anybody.
They especially ruined retro gaming, by making everything cost so much, when it was cheap before.
Fuck them all.

It's a one-bedroom apartment.

I can appreciate where she's coming from, as she's going to be without a home, at the end of this month. Her landlord has decided to sell, and she's not no-where else to move as she's got pretty bad credit due to her mother taking out loans, so the landlord was one of the few who would accept her.

Anyway, I own my apartment but the one-bedroom only has a queen size bed. My cousin says she's fine with sharing the Queen (and paying half of everything), but all my friends say it's weird behavior sharing a bed with my cousin.

What says CE?

In most first-world countries this doesn't occur, because all the power lines are under the earth.

"Cost not safety or continuity of electrical service is the reason that power lines are not underground in the U.S. Burying them below ground would eliminate the electrocution danger created by downed power wires and prevent or minimize outages during storms."

It went way too far. There needs to be some level of protection for developmentally impaired people on social media in this age.

That people could repeatedly set an unwell person up for tragedy after tragedy with no repercussions is shocking. (Mind you, I dont mean the mom thing)

There just needs to be a ban on all "newer" social media. Forums/chatrooms excluded.
With the ADVICE from the good old days where "SHARE FUCK ALL, as anyone out there could come to your address and literally murder you, over stealing that RARE weapon". It worked well, back in the day. I'm not sure when the advice changed to "Share everything", as some people even share when they're going on holiday, leaving an EMPTY HOUSE, how is that at all advisable?

The course in University is called BSc (Hons) Computing and Entrepreneurship.

Is this a particular university you need to go to? What do you want it to lead to?

There are universities without the A-level requirements, that offer pretty similar courses if you want to start this academic year. Something to consider.

No one cares about your A-level results, come your Degree/degrees, and when I apply for jobs I rarely post my A-level's, and just give my three Degrees, and their grades: 2.1, 1st, and 2.1 respectfully.
They never ask about my A-levels.

That's not nice. The worm is expelling it's proboscis to try and escape, but it's unlikely to survive, since the worms only last like not even 10 minutes in open-air, and that's without expelling it's proboscis... (Since it relies on underwater pressure to keep it together structurally) Since it's done that, it's probably dying.

Skrull males can become human females and thus be impregnated by human males, and have a Skrull offspring despite being male.
A female Skrull can also reproduce by egg-laying, as that's what they naturally do, and any Human/Skrull male who has sex with a Skrull female will produce an egg clutch.

The main thing is, any offspring involving a Skrull are wholly Skrull.

So, it's estimated if they were part of the population, it would only take about 200-400 years before humans were mostly extinct, due to exponential growth.

It's how the Skrull take over planets in the comics.

A universal sign language won't be feasible for the same reason why a universal spoken language won't be.

It could be, because sign-languages doesn't obey the precepts of their spoken counterparts (Italian Sign Language has an underlying word order of the type SOV (Subject Object Verb), whereas Italian has an underlying SVO order)

I think, if we'd all worked together and got a universal sign-language and made it the second language everyone learnt (Even those with no hearing impairment), deaf and hard of hearing people would have had an easier time, as it would have become a second universal language people could use.

As it is, American sign language isn't mutually interchangeable with British Sign language, and that blows my mind.

It's kind of ridiculous that poor people go to jail for stealing food/supplies while rich people just get fined (occasionally less than what they actually stole) or a slap on the wrist

This is because the Law isn't about "Justice", or "Good", the Law is about Order.
Or as a Judge once put it: "This is not a court of justice, but a court of law."

Stopping 100,000 people from thinking about shop-lifting, in the pursuit of Order, is much better than stopping 2 or 3 billionaires ripping off the middle-class.
If however, the billionaires law-breaking cause too much tension, too much chaos... that order is threatened, then expect to see lawsuits.

DKBananaSlamma posted...
Yesterday I was unironically thinking about what it would be like to fuck a Vulcan chick. Have they ever explored that in any of the series? >_> I've barely watched Star Trek btw.

1. Emotionless
As humans we like to interact with each other's emotions. Guys like to make their girls laugh, smile, get aroused...so on. With a Vulcan chicks no such thing would happen. The only thing that gets her off is "logic" and even then, she wont get off the way you would like her to. Having a "good time" with your Vulcan girlfriend would take on a whole new meaning...and I doubt you would enjoy it. Porn for her would be watching a chess game. Think about that.

2. Physical
Yes the movies have Vulcan women with red lipstick on, and rosy cheeks, but such is not the case. With green blood what you would have is a yellowish green hue to your skin. The inside of your eyelids would be green. The inside of your mouth would be green. The whites of your eyes would be slightly green. Bloodshot eyes for a Vulcan would be green. In fact, all parts "pink" in human anatomy will be green in a Vulcan's anatomy. Think about that fellas especially when you ponder certain "pink" parts of the female human anatomy which we tend to enjoy.

3. Sex
OK Vulcans have Pon Farr. Which means female Vulcans have evolved to provide very little sex since the Vulcan male libido seems to fire off every 7 years. Get ready for that "it is not logical" argument every time you want to have sex with her simply because (7 years) versus (every day or week) just wont work with her.

4. Marriage
Dont even try to man-handle her because she will kick your ass due to her superior strength. Forget about lying as well. She will be mind-melding with you while you sleep and learn the password to your email, facebook and bank account...and if you have another woman on the side, your goose is cooked as well when she learns why you came home late the other night. Also consider this: Vulcan mother-in-law.

5. Lifespan
Eventually you will get tired of her ass and wonder when this bitch will die. She wont...not in your lifetime anyway. Vulcans live for a very loooong time. She will most definitely outlive you and collect on your life insurance when you die of sheer boredom and a severe case of blue-balls from living with this woman.

So tell me again why you would want a Vulcan girlfriend?
