C. As used in this Section:

1. Fetal viability means the point in a pregnancy when, in the professional judgment of the pregnant patient's treating physician, the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus with reasonable measures. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

2. State includes any governmental entity and any political subdivision.

D. This Section is self-executing.

You're attempting a moral argument on what is clearly a legal issue. None of this matters to the legal issue of redistricting and any reasonable judge would not only throw your claims out but sanction you for repeatedly bringing up irrelevant arguments.

Constitutionally the answer has to be yes. The criteria for redistricting refers to the number of 'persons' in a district and prisoners count as persons by any reasonable definition. I agree that they should be allowed to vote but trying to exclude them from being counted if they can't is a complete non-starter and shouldn't even be attempted.

The part that's most controversial is a clause compelling services to grant the government access to private messages if they think there's something illegal in them. Of course this requires that such services actually have the ability to access those messages themselves so end-to-end encryption is effectively banned.

The government has promised to come up with some sort of compromise but the simple fact of the matter is there can be no compromise. Messages are either end-to-end encrypted or they're not. So the 'compromise' is likely to be a requirement to build in a back door but have the government pinky swear that they won't abuse it. Time will tell whether services will acquiesce or the government will back down.

The logic, flawed as it is, is that homosexuality cant be naturally occurring and therefore must have an external cause. Since gay people dont have children naturally, the cause must not be purely genetic, which means that they must be recruiting or converting straight people into being gay. Children are obvious targets of such recruitment efforts because their minds are easier to mold.

I don't even get what the point of having AI answers on wikis even is. Any fandom that's large enough for an AI to accurately draw from is going to have a wiki with a dedicated fanbase to update it.

First, AI is the latest 'trendy' technology and companies like Fandom are afraid of being seen as behind the technology curve. So they implement the latest 'trendy' tech whether it's appropriate or even if they don't really understand how it works.

Second, the eternally unbearable techbros at many companies have this utopian vision of being able to dispense with human contributors and their pesky unpredictability in favour of highly advanced but entirely predictable AI.

By making a very public promise to never use it and sticking to that promise. Really seems like NFTs all over again. The best way to exploit the bandwagon is to loudly declare that you will never jump on it.

Also it's a question of news reporting versus opinion pieces. The "Paw Patrol is fascist" shit is in the latter but tends to get used against CNN reporting on stuff like the Hawaii wildfires and that recent emergency broadcast test. It's like "LOL, you think they're telling the truth about the wildfires after what they said about Paw Patrol? You'll believe anything!".

So I think overall, in this day and age, I say yes. I do trust CNN. Because what else am I supposed to trust?
