Volition lost their touch years ago. I bought Agents of Mayhem at launch, but quickly discovered that it wasn't very good. I waited on Saints Row 2022 because of that, and lucky thing I did because of the reported technical issues. I'm not even sure if I want it for free next month.

I listened to a couple of reviews at work. Luke Stephens liked it well enough, but had some valid complaints:

$60 a year was already a pretty big ask. I didn't mind because getting a few games a year plus discounts seemed like a decent trade off. For $80 a year... well, you'd better offer better things than Saints Row 2022 and an MMO.

They change the formulas each year. This year features a combination of the Carolina Reaper and the Naga Viper.

I did the Paqui chip challenge a few years ago, and while I'm a little wimp who only lasted 5-10 minutes, I did enjoy the flavor.

I saw this year's chip at a gas station, so I bought one and tried it today. Yes, it's hot, yes, it's painful, no, I did not last much longer than a minute. My biggest gripe is that it didn't taste good. It had an unpleasant sour feel to it, and keeping that flavor along with the burning going for a long time just didn't sit well with me.

The upside is that the chip came with a coupon for a free bag of their regular flavored chips. There are some really good options there, some of which aren't even hot.

I had a lot of trouble because the first two letters I got were vowels space for spoilers space. I had to look up #4 to see if I could make a word out of it.

Not from one of those, but Nintendo Power had trading cards in the back of their magazines. If you matched three of them to the cards listed in an issue, they'd give you a free game. That's how I scored a copy of Contra 3.

It's a monitor-controller combo that runs PS Remote Play and that's it.

That's not a terrible thing. It would be another option for me if I couldn't play on my TV (for example, if my niece wanted to binge watch Bluey). My only concern is battery life.

Shadow of the Colossus was a pretty good game. I never did get around to playing the remake; the original's biggest flaw was that the PS2 couldn't handle everything that was happening.

To be fair, I never played the Shadow Hearts series.
