No i disagree that any restriction is tantamount to genocide. You as a person are important and are free to live your life and if you want to say you are LGBT people can disagree but not stop you.

See how insane that sounds? Discrimination is NOT automatically genocide.

Don't bother.

I wasted my time. I just wanted to post outrage against this dehumanizing act. Condemn it. Learn how LGBT communities are coping under this. Speak in favour of their freedom. Happy to point out that any religious justification for this is a farce.

....instead it's become "this is a result of all Christianity". As ludicrous as saying "This is a result of all late stage capitalism."

I really hope this doesn't become the norm here.

Reading the article, it doesn't say that having gay sex automatically means death penalty.
But it certainly is a very harsh anti lgbt bill. I think it's wrong.

This has been a project of evangelical groups in the US for a long time and they are popping champaigne over it.

If you know a Christian who really believes all gay people, or people who ever do a homosexual act should be executed, then you can dismiss them as fringe.
