Fair enough. New question. Why did you have usual hang out spots after 3 years? I know every relationship is different, but why weren't you living together or planning more of a future? If you are still just hanging out, then of course it fizzled out. I realize this might just be yhe language you used, but it does seem indicative of being stuck in short term relationship mode.

Neither one of us is in a financial position to live together. I still live with the fam since I am still in school. But that should change very soon.

She's only got a 2 year degree and took the first job of her life a few months ago and it's not exactly a great job. So unless one of use was gonna move in with the other's family, it wasn't gonna happen lol.

She lived a bit far from our usual hang out spots but I'm right where we loved to go. I didn't want to bother her by making her drive over here, so I would always go pick her up even though it was more of a burden for me.

I mean, if she said she wanted to make the drive herself, I would let her. I just felt it was the right thing to do to go pick her up right from her house, rather then make her drive to where we were going to go together.

I don't think she owed me anything aside from better then a text message.

I did a lot more then buy her stuff. Probably should have mentioned everything else haha. But yeah obv a relationship is more then just money. We did plenty of stuff together but it just fizzled out over time. I think her family still likes me but I think she is just not ready for a relationship. Or maybe I am doing something wrong but I don't know exactly what it would be.

That's when you say absolutely nothing back, wipe all your social media of any evidence of her ever existing in your life, toss/sell anything she's given you and move on.

Luckily I dont use social media so thats done. The stuff she bought me was stuff I picked out for myself so I think I'll be keeping all that.

Lol. I never let her pay for any dinner. I never let her drive me anywhere, I always drove. I took her to VIP concerts. I bought her Gucci birthday presents. And a shit ton of other things.

Pretty sure that's some good effort on my part haha.

Also she didnt text me for like a full week and when she finally does thats the text I get haha. Whatever. Again not angry or even upset. Just like "Wow, all I get is a text."

I mean tbh I was planning on breaking up with her since the whole relationship kinda fizzled out, but man after three years I expected more then a text. I would not have done it like that. So not considerate. But whatever, saves me the stress and trouble of doing the breaking up I guess haha. So yeah I guess I was dumped lol.

Im a big time shopper. I love going with my gf and shopping for jewelry and handbags and such. Ive seen plenty of guys awkwardly stand around while people they know shop.

The reverse doesn't hold true. Water, just water, would kind of "spread" out.

Thats the whole point, assume there is nowhere for the water to spread to beacuse the press and the bottle are air tight fits.

Assume the bottle cannot break, or assume the bottle is open at the top without a bottle neck, and the press goes straight to the water.

He was the most affectionate cat you ever seen. Loved people which was so unusual. He was a dog in a cats body. I can try for years but there will never be a cat like him. The first time he would meet someone new, hed fall asleep right on their lap.

I got an hour of sleep last night and that one hour was a nightmare of him dying in my arms. Im fucking devastated

Thank you everyone. Ive never lived without a pet. I grew up with a dog who was older than me in human years. She was there every day of my life until she passed. 2 years before her death, Calvin just wandered into our lives by just walking in our front door one day and never left. When our dog finally passed I was devastated, but I had Calvin to comfort me. Tonight is the first night in my entire life I have no one. The vet estimates that Calvin was 14. I hope hes happy with the life we gave him. I know its for the best since he was suffering, but that doesnt make it any easier.
