This exactly my point. It is not illegal to tell a police officer to "fuck off." Nor should it be. This is established law. It's not even up for debate. You're just wrong. If a cop assaults you and arrests you for that reason, your rights have been violated, and that cop isn't fit for the job. Those are the exact people we need to discourage from going into policing. Instead, we coddle them, let them get away with whatever they want. It's despicable, and shame on you for encouraging it. It's a pox on communities, and it would be so easy to fix.

Consider a hypothetical. What would be different about this situation if the cops weren't there? Their presence created an unnecessary confrontation with a citizen doing, AT WORST, playing music at 10pm in violation of some petty local ordinance. This man has civil rights, firmly established by law. Freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, freedom to petition for a redress of grievances. That legally overrides any petty city ordinance or policy. This kind of policing destroys communities. It is completely toxic.

It's so funny how you think you can take some principled stance when the direct result is that low-wage workers end up under-compensated. You will just talk yourself into all kinds of circles. What does it matter if you pay it to the driver directly as a tip or if you pay it to his boss after tipping is abolished and prices go up? Very easy for you to show off your fake principles while the dude putting a hundred miles a day on his car, paying for his own gas, gets stiffed while every other normal person around you does the correct thing.

He has counters now, too. Location lockdown decks and High Evolutionary decks are both pretty good against Loki. I don't think he's the most OP card ever or anything. But definitely needs a nerf. And I say that as someone who has already played Loki a lot and is having fun with the deck.

For the first time in almost a year of playing Marvel Snap I felt bad for my opponent. He cheated out a 30+ power Knull on turn 4 (Altar of Death was in the game so we both had a ton of energy) and I had absolutely no way to win. I played Loki on turn 5, got 4 of his cards...including a 4 cost Knull.

Why is it that with capitalism, worker productivity only ever increases but wages stagnate? Where is the invisible hand to adjust this anomaly?
