If its any help, I was calling about the exact same thing and the representative told me that if you applied for the SAVE plan then you do not have to worry about that bill that you see that you need to pay back on 10/6. Nelnet will recognize that you're in the SAVE plan and extend the date until your plan comes through. do you mean theyll send a statement on 10/6 for Octobers payment? Todd Howard explained that long before the game released, stating that it was a brand new universe with the same Bethesda game attached. You should know by now whether you like Bethesda games or not. If you do then you have to ask if you appreciate the idea of exploring space, and doing so when the 1,000 planets have 3,000 to 5,000 randomly generated human structures on them that pull from a pool that sometimes feels far too limited. Personally I lost track of the number of times I stumbled upon the 'Deserted Relay Station'. It's nice for the guaranteed Advanced tier pistol near the top, but did they really need to build 800 of them across the galaxy? I like Bethesda games.
