Damn you got me, let me go hang my head in shame for my wife and kids. Imagine not being able to own up that you are just talking out of your ass, super sad.

Yeah, sorry. I couldnt find the study so I was quoting what I read. It also said the peak was 2018 which kinda deflates my idea that those amateur sites are making it worse.

But google male virginity on the rise and there plenty of recent studies talking about it. It isnt a secret with the recent behavior weve seen.

Must really suck when the facts don't fit your feelings.

It's unreal when you look into it. The most accepted form of two-factor authentication is literally going to a convenience store and faxing your documents to a company. Most businesses and services stick with fax machines because they think emails will get hacked 100% of the time and they don't want to give up the tradition of using a special seal/stamp on documents.

TBF, email is still pretty much completely insecure. Anyone with access to an email sever can read anything that is transmitted through there.

Business apps are all the same. People act like they solve so many unique problems but they dont. Sure its challenging, but that doesnt mean its not a solved problem, just obscured by specific business logic. Abstractly speaking there isnt anything Ive done that hasnt already been done. Meaning ai will take over roles like mine. To really move up in development in the future Ill have to actually understand the line of business. Ive always avoided doing that and focused on the software itself. It will be a massive pivot for me.

If business product people were capable of forming coherent requests for systems the developers would already not be in as high of a demand.

You could argue the truth is more nuanced than a single stat can represent but I'm not sure the term "misinformation" is appropriate.

A chart presented with no context and data that is 5 years or older, yeah I think misinformation is appropriate here.

Dude was attacked. He had the right to defend himself.

It's not defending yourself if you are escalating the violence. If someone punches you, you pull a knife and stab them, that's manslaughter. Someone punches you, you pull knife and tell them to back off, they lunge at you at you and you stab them, not manslaughter.

They are probably not for everyone, but I will say that they last a really long time. I've been using this same Aeron for about 10 years now at full work usage and the only real failure was the lumbar foam that can be replaced.

Might take slightly longer than two weeks, but I bet not by much.
Most things take so long because there is no capitalistic incentive to get them done faster, so they slow it down and spread it around so everyone gets a taste.
This is actually affecting the money people, so no red tape, no hemming and hawing, just get out there and get it done.

That's what the syntax is telling you to do. There's a reason everyone who works in a math-heavy field gives one answer and grammar school pedants like Skankhair give the wrong answer.

Not correct, the problem is that math heavy fields start to confuse the rules of variables with the rules of math. 2x is not the same a 2 * x, but 2(4) is the same as 2 * 4.

Again, order of operations are conventions, not rules. Because they were taught to you as rules in elementary school doesn't mean they are outside of that context.

What the dumb shit is this? They aren't conventions, they are rules for Mathematical notation.

I have 6 apples, 1 banana, and 2 oranges, if I say I want you to give me a number of peaches equal to half my number of apples times the total number of bananas and oranges, then you need a way to form the equation such that everyone can repeatedly get the same answer. which leads to PEMDAS.

So they get one absurd error-filled complaint from a known nutter, and instead of throwing it in the bin, they decide to act on it?

I'm guessing it is more that they just want to ban all the books in the first place and are just waiting for the thinnest of covers to legitimize their actions.

Good luck.
