Because employers think they can ask for 10+ years of experience, a PhD and knowledge of their exact platforms and procedures and call it entry level to get away with paying poverty wages. eg for hire: entry level sub-junior tech developer position, with 10 years experience with Java and CSS, mongo DB and react. Must have bachelors in a STEM field and a PhD in a computing field. Pay: 20$ per hour yeah i have heard this as well. If you are brand new to the field and tell the truth 100% on your resume you won't get the job. I know this because my wife wasn't entirely honest for her IT job and now she makes double what I make. "Fake it 'till you make it" she told me. yeah i kinda agree with this. don't a lot of people say, they all want experience , but how are you supposed to get experience if no one will hire you? and, a lot of employers are deceptive as well. A good Swiss watch is manufactured to extremely high standards with high quality materials, and the design can be beautiful. They are a joy to own. As a rough guide, manufacturing costs for items like these are around a third of the retail price. But the males get kicked out when they're like 3 or 4 yrs old, many times by their fathers. When they get strong enough couldn't they, many times , oust their father from their pride?
