I know multi-verses seem to be a concept that's being used a lot in superhero media as of late. But between here and the Invincible subreddit, it's pretty weird/funny seeing people foam at the mouth this hard at this season leaning into the multi-verses.

Part of the problem is people think they're jumping on some bandwagon, when in reality they're adapting a 20 year old story where not only this already happened, but the way they handle the multi-verses is a pivotal part of the story.

I keep seeing people say they shouldn't do it because they want the show to stay grounded. The fuck is grounded about Invincible? lol

Honestly, I believe he's fine with the both sides angle. He at least comes off as being genuine with his criticism of "both sides".
I just find it funny how Bill is allowed to say the most ridiculous, outrageous shit on his podcast (which I love), but Nia so much as do it, or even challenges him on something even, and some of his microwaved brain fans starts foaming at the mouth about how she's being "disrespectful" and antagonizing her.

I've known multiple Chases. Had a friend in high school named Hayden. Knew a guy Cam in college and a girl Cameron through a friend. I've only heard Bailey as people's last names.
And I have a younger Ian Miles Cheong lookin' ass cousin who's a Hitler simp/Extremely Right-Wing loser that's named Tyler.

Unfortunately, a decent portion of Bill's fan base are composed of chud assholes and they're always mad at his wife. Doesn't take a lot of thought to figure out why:

Though there have been some weak movies before Endgame, I wouldn't even call them "bad". They're mediocre and still somewhat dumb fun at best.
The Eternals and Love & Thunder are actual dogshit that makes Cap 1 and Iron Man 2 look like Civil War tier MCU films.

Accept being one of 8 people who thinks Iron Man 3 was good, but Ant-Man 1 is a very solid film also.

Those were MK11's fatalities for me, where most of them were all really disgusting and ended on the nastiest freeze frame they could imagine of the opponent getting completely obliterated. I'd say the closest 1 comes to that is Baraka's BBQ fatality which is almost exactly the same as that one of Shang Tsung's from 11 with the demons from the pit.

The one in MKX where Liu Kang punches a hole in your throat actually made me gag a little the first time I saw it.

I think I remember comic book Amber being reasonable. I don't remember the whole accusation of Mark running away even though she secretly knew he was Invincible already but still being mad, ever happened in the comic. I think that whole fight was made for the show

In the comics, she was upset at him always flaking on her/leaving her during an emergency and thought he was a drug dealer until he finally decided to tell her he's Invincible. They proceeded to fuck shortly after that.

I would like to see at least some reference to her apologizing. Her character was mostly good in part 1, outside of this bizarre "what do you MEAN saving the world is more important?!?" that seemed weirdly disjointed from her otherwise rational character.

Same with Will. The writers really wanted to have this subplot of Mark fucking up both ways, but he really, really didn't, and yet they had his closest friends keep on acting like he did.

Even Robert Kirkman couldn't explain the thing with Amber lol

MK nowadays is a bit strange to me. Since MK9, the games come off as very Saturday morning cartoon-ish in the writing and presentation (not meant as a diss; I really like that MK never really took itself very seriously).
But with MK being MK, they have to go over-the-top with the gore and the way people are being killed, and it feels like it sort of clashes with the (mostly) lighthearted tone when you're playing through the stories of these games.

It's like watching a regular, corny episode of Rescue Heroes, then after the credits is over, Billy Blazes brutalizes Jack Hammer and cracks jokes while he's doing it.

Science Dog, for example, had to be turned into Seance Dog in the show.

Invincible is nothing like DBZ. It actually has good writing.

Nah. Of those 4, the first movie is by far the best. 2 was good, but wasn't as good as the first movie. 3 is one of the weaker Rocky films, and 4 is dumb, 80's "America, Fuck Yeah" type fun.

I was sick all the time as a kid, but these days I don't even get seasonal allergies anymore. Only two or three times in almost a decade have I been sick, and one of those was the omega variant of covid.

I can't even imagine what COVID must feel like. I've somehow managed to avoid it all this time, I intend on keeping it that way.

I might get ill once every 3 or more years. It would suck for about a day or so and then a I'm all good.

Surely, Blade must've received a game at some point.

I remember finding the disc for a Blade game on the original Xbox just laying out on the streets.
I took it back home and was surprised that it still worked. But the game was such an unfunny, sack of cat shit that I just ended up throwing it back out.

The last CoD game I played was Advance Warfare. The story was fun, but my god, the multiplayer was way too fast to an annoying the degree.
Felt like everyone was a hyperactive 12 year-ood that speedballed Cocaine and Red Bull.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Aquaman (especially the latter) have some scenes/shots I legitimately respect despite being complete dog water otherwise.

I had a crab and seafood sandwich at this little, local sub sandwich place downtown and that ish was bussin', blud.
I'm gonna start going there regularly, on God.
