| PerkinsMiller 10/09/22 10:54:06 AM #1 | They're both on sale for dirt cheap on Steam. I honestly did not like Fallout 3, but I keep hearing New Vegas is much better. I played the first level or so of Bayonetta a looooooooooooong time ago, but I never got around to playing more of it. |

I don't know if I'd say it's fine to visit, but they seemed to have little to no problems. Obviously, having the blessing of the Taliban to be there goes a long way. Balnazarr posted... Tbf, the Taliban aren't in the business of kidnapping tourists and beheading them. They aren't ISIS. They just want to rule their land's how they see fit. Still, B & B is a shitty person. Yeah, but I noticed that some people would ask them if they were Americans, and they sometimes seemed kind of tense when they asked. But they seemed to relax a bit when they said they were British. Most of the people seemed cool. It's just the Taliban soldiers who patrol around that they seemed wary of at times. But every time they showed the Taliban stopping them, they seemed to get through it just fine. I'm not sure what you have against B & B. His videos are entertaining and show you a lot of places you might otherwise rarely see, if ever. |

He said he would recommend it to people and that the people are nice. But then he finishes by saying he would never go back to Afghanistan lol. I would love to go if I felt reasonably safe, but mostly to see the mountains, the site of the Buddha statues, the lakes, etc. I know no place in the world is completely safe, but I don't want to go to a hotspot like Afghanistan where you have the west, Russians, the Taliban, etc. all fighting each other over the years. I don't want someone trying to make a name for himself by beheading or shooting me or anything. Other than that, if it was at least as safe as, say, Mexico, I would definitely go. But I don't think it's that safe. |
