All I said was not all pharmacists are PharmD and in the early 2000s the field was more likely full of people without doctorates.

you can be a pharmacy tech, but they wouldn't be the ones making decisions about prescriptions, just filling them.

Wanna bet? I've worked with plenty of people old enough to just be RPh. And they still are just RPh which is a bachelor of science

Chain pharmacies are way stricter about how they dispense controlled substances than any independent has to be. There's already a shit ton of oversight
