It just means you overpaid on your taxes i.e. you gave the government an interest free loan. You should shoot for the opposite. They're looking for confident guys who attract other woman to make themselves more attractive by proximity (the virtuous cycle of knowing you can attract women being attractive and being with an attractive guy making the girl more attractive). If you ask very confidently, get rejected by remain very confident and take the rejection in stride you retroactively become way more attractive. It's all a game.
