Its very possible that the kid thought bleach would make the teacher just sick to her stomach or something
That's what I was thinking. It's entirely possible that they were told not to drink bleach 'cause it'll make them sick. The kid then came up with a plan either out of spite or maybe just to get outta class or something.

And we don't even know that the kids knew it was bleach. One of the more responsible kids could have just tattled after seeing whatever being poured into the teacher's cup. Then the teacher could've smelled it and figured out it was bleach (...I dunno if bleach smell would stand up against coffee smell).

It's possible it was more malicious than that but I think people might being dogpiling a little hard.

I think Crack in Time is easily the best of the series in terms of story and gameplay (including weapons and especially the Clank puzzles). So maybe he was holding the series back. Kidding but honestly I don't think the music has ever been that important an aspect of the series, at least not for me.

Wish we would get the 3DS Graphical update version on the switch
Kinda wish they'd do a full remaster/remake. Throw in camera control, some more modernized controls, and maybe some better tips from Navi or Saria and I'll bite.

The criticisms make sense from a modern perspective, but if you go back and play other games from the time, you can see why the aiming and strafing stuff was pretty innovative. Just like Mario 64 with platforming. Might seem janky now, but in contrast to other games of the time? Smooth as butter lol.
For sure. I played 64 again recently (That one I did play back on the 64) and I will probably never play Mario 64 ever again. With it's main draw being gameplay it just isn't fun anymore. My main complaint so far for OoT is the lack of direction at times (aiming is definitely up there though...) but after a first playthrough (where I'd either have a little more idea where to go or be more open to using a guide) I could see coming back some time later. The atmosphere and story/writing are super engaging. And even though some of mechanical gameplay is bad it's not too frustrating to be obstructive.

Metal Gear Solid is another game I played really late (had played 2 and 4 but played all of 'em in lead up to 5 how ever many years ago). And even though some of the mechanics are annoying (what the hell is with inverted aim in that era?) I still go back to it kinda often.

Switch expansion pass

I had definitely heard that the water temple sucks and it does indeed absolutely suck. Soooo much back and forward and then the Shadow Link fight which I'm sure there's a strategy for but I just spammed Deku nuts or whatever and hated every moment of it.

How did they fix it?

I can certainly see why it got 10s and it's still pretty good but man are there a lot of small annoyances (stupid inverted aiming). It's also crazy that even though I've seen bits and bobs of the game here or there and have been hearing about it for decades I don't know if I've ever seen any of the dungeons. Or the bosses (just fought a neat dragon guy... the fight was fine but he looked kinda cool).

Also I wish it was a bit more directed. Like, yeah, the freedom's nice and feels adventurous but the number of times I've had to just walk around talking to every possible option (multiple times) to find the one trigger is definitely diluting the fun.

Anyway... it's a pretty good game.

I just started. I dont even know what that means lol
The ranking(?) system depends on you winning cubes from winning (and more from snapping, up to 8 if both snap). If you lose you lose however many cubes depending on snaps. It takes like 10 cubes to go up/down a level. There's stuff to unlock like a cool card back at rank 100 that I'm never gonna get and it makes me sad.

Is this just one of those waste of time threads where the answer is it's impossible since you're gifted a starter?
Or it could be argued that technically you don't catch your starter or any gifted pokemon so it's not only totally doable but not too hard since you can some pretty good gift pokemon throughout the game.

It's so so so good. I love the song and the animation is incredible. Like you mentioned, all the callbacks and references are super cool (even going as far back as the Stand By Me reference). And the trainers they made for this are super well designed and characterized too. The pikachu always weirds me out though.

One of my favorite shots is the one with the girl trainer of Sun/Moon and Lillie. It's not as exciting as some of the other shots but it's so fun and cute in the split second it's on screen.

I enjoy 'em. I think Pomu is the only one I've watched full streams of but that's mostly 'cause of Metal Gear (though Pomu is plenty of fun to watch play wahtever). I do occasionally pop in to watch live but not too often. Mostly various clips (similarly to Pomu I have watched a bunch of Pekora because of Metal Gear).

I enjoy when they're being fun or having fun but all the fawning that people send them is weird and definitely off putting. I'm not to much a fan of ASMR when it turns into focus on being sexy or coy (though if that pays the bills then I guess I don't fault 'em for it too much even if I do find it a little skeevy).

I'm currently in the second part of the Atlantis DLC in Odyssey and I'm excited to get to Valhalla (...eventually). I've seen a lot of people say that it's much more busy work and maybe I'll eat these words when I finally get to Valhalla but I actually kinda like the checklisty nature of the current Assassin's Creed.

I personally find Layla extremely bleh. Her acting doesn't seem great and her team are just kinda annoying. I don't really remember any of their names but the doctor lady (Victoria maybe?) is too much of a worry wort and she just isn't a fun character at all (which I suppose is the point but ugh). I want Shaun and Rebecca back.

only doctors providing every pregnant woman with all of the information she needs to make an informed decision about her own body and pregnancy.
I wanna say this too but man I don't even trust the US government to decide what that information would entail. I feel like it's so easy to see it turn into hours upon hours of counseling from both sides, the actual science and health information and the "family values" information. And if they can lock that up behind an additional cost and make it so that it has to happen before the abortion it'd totally just be another way to keep it from the poor.

Like, it is important to keep people informed but ultimately it should just be up to the woman. I can't imagine there's too many women out there that are gonna go through months and months of a pregnancy just to terminate it for the fun of it.
