X/Y is when I got the base of mine together and I've been able to keep it updated pretty easily since then. Still need to finish Legends for the Hisuian additions, and of course my SV set is sitting in-game waiting for Home compatibility (aside from Koraidon, which I borrowed for the in-game diploma but don't have one of my own). I'd also like to go back to SwSh at some point and collect the various G-Max forms I never got during that gen, since the Home 'dex does keep track of them, but it's not exactly a priority.

I imagine dex entries (and wider availability - these are like the 7* raids where you can only catch one) will come with the DLC.

Just the marketing push. Most of the Arkham games had a bit of exclusive stuff on PlayStation so it's not the first time, mostly challenge maps (or Knight's equivalent) and skins, plus Asylum let you play as Joker in the challenge maps. Asylum's bonuses were included in all versions of the remaster but I think Origins and Knight is still officially locked to PS (though of course it's all available on PC via mods).

Here's one that may have gone under-the-radar for some: Pokemon Dream Radar. Essentially a 3DS tech demo in which you can catch Pokemon to transfer to B2/W2 (and consequently up to future generations), all of which have their Hidden Ability, including eight legendaries (Lugia, Ho-Oh, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Thornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus).

To add to this, you have to actually have the carts for the Gen IV cover legends.

A couple replays on NSO in the last couple weeks for me.
