This is part of the problem with "mom and pop" places. Whether you have your job or not can often be on the whims of the owners. That's not really a problem unless the owner is shitty which can happen rather often

Places run by corpos on the other hand will usually have rules they have to go through with HR to get rid of someone mostly so they can avoid a lawsuit which ironically helps protect employees from just getting fired on the spot

why do girls love tall/older men when they are this age? it reminds me of this girl that was super small in my school dating seniors too. Yeah, we just saw this recently when gunpla got usermap axed. I'm not sure if they do IP bans anymore, but VPNs are such a common thing now that it's moot either way. It's just that the more extreme users here will make an absolutely unhealthy amount of accounts, not just a backup or two for when they're in timeout.

I'm way too lazy to use a VPN so if this account is done, im done with the site. twas a good run.

I think they can know who's alt is who somehow, that's why the alts get banned so easily. if you're running an alt naturally you don't want it banned while your main account is suspended, but they will hit an alt of a known user with anything to ban it. I've experienced this myself where I've made an alt and it got instabanned in a week over something I didn't think would be moddable. it's effective - made me too lazy to ever make another alt. you're alt is stepping on extreme eggshells to the point where you can't really engage in much without being banned. I thought I was done earlier this year On my main with a suspension that lead to a purg, based on how they treated my alt i thought i was for sure banned, but they are much more lenient on my main apparently. they have an intended internal logic behind this .

either way I think I'm on burrowed time here, I delete a lot of my posts as soon as I make them in fear of mod wrath and there's this prevailing sense I'm not wanted by the mod team. if you get on their bad side you really have to watch yourself . this account is 15 years old and I don't remember it ever being this bad, but I only started posting on CE in the last couple of years since it's literally like the only active board on this site now.

nobody cared enough to hate on this movie here until it won awards. i remember i made a topic about it here when it was new and it got like 10 replies and none of them were hating on it. like nobody would give a shit about elden ring either if it wasn't goty either, but now we have 500 topics arguing about the most pointless shit about it. it's CE where you have to prove you're too good for what everybody else enjoys. nothing angers the CE hive more than seeing people enjoy things that aren't niche.
