I never said it would be easy but some good men who really hate the cartels will be hurting them badly. Not everyone is able to be bought especially if they want to wipe the cartels out, but that is a step the legal system will not cross.

The hero of Sicario is an example of a man who cant be bought and if you had 10 of him the cartel is going to have a really bad time.

Its not about you getting bought. Its about they will kill everyone in your family hell, everyone you know just to send a message.

I mean, I bombed every rock. They established early on that bombing sometimes worked. There was nothing to imply that, of the thousands of squares in the game, there was exactly one that you could walk through.

Keep in mind too, the enemies on that screen, the peahats. They stop in the wall, you push a little harder on the control pad trying to reach it, boom up the wall you go.

Every secret in Zelda is easy to find accidentally.

Hell, second quest whistle secrets, who thought that would happen? No doubt, try to warp, blow your whistle and boom, a door opens.

Youre suggesting that every secret had to be found with the intention of that event happening and thats simply not the case.

I found it when I was a kid and had Super Mario Brothers and Zelda to play.

You severely underestimate how much time was spent playing the same game over and over back then.

When you only had a few games, you played the shit out of them, trying everything.

Now, I dont remember exactly, but I imagine I or my father, found it while bombing the back wall. Pushed forward while doing so and bam, up the wall.

It objectively was. They found out they had enough leftover cartridge space for a second quest and used it to market 1-800 numbers and player's guides. There was a pre-Nintendo Power Magazine -- Nintendo Fun Club? -- which had the 2nd Quest as the focus of its first issue.

That ring in the upper righthand corner of the map is genuinely impossible to find without assistance. It's the only invisible door on the overworld map and it's the only one that is off-center. I don't believe a single soul who says they found it legitimately except possibly for someone who accidentally stumbled upon it.

Thats not even a hard one to find. Its a 100 Rupee in the first quest.

Second Quest was made because when they were done with the game they realized they only used half of the resources.

So they made another quest.

cata heroics were too hard for people and a bunch hated the old world changes and went to private servers, thats when the pop started to go down. A lot of people hated on MoP when it came out and then people said they liked the raids later on. I hated pretty much all the new enemy types, Sha were boring and Hozen are still dumb af.

and then WoD had all the launch problems and complaints about doing nothing but sitting in garrisons. Fun dungeons though

The end of Lich King is what hurt WoW the most. Everything became easier with huge catch up mechanics.

Then they tried to go back with Cata and the difficulty was too much.

It's Mario Bros. There pretty much is no lore. They just need to create a heroes arc while sticking in references to different things in the games. That's it.

There's no possible way to be upset about "the lore" of mario bros when the vague facade of a story and world change every time they release a new game.

Unless you are using it as an excuse to complain about other things, like women being useful.

There absolutely is lore. There is also just common sense story telling. Bowser is trying to conquer a kingdom, what does a conquer do? He takes out the legitimate ruler. Where its a king, queen, princess doesnt matter.

You dont have to make Peach not useful. She can, and should, be a capable ruler. Which is exactly why her being imprisoned is such a problem.

You keep using gameplay elements and comparing them to a movie. Its not the same. Gameplay needs to make every character in the game viable and on the same level in order to be fun.

Movies need plot, they need story and that story needs to make sense.

If Peach is so bad ass right off the bat, why the hell do you even need the Mario Brothers?

Movie would be boring if Mario was kicking ass and taking names. Hes supposed to be training and getting better and growing since its the intro movie.

Bowsers whole motivation in conquering the Mushroom Kingdom. What the hell does having Luigi, a guy he doesnt even know, do to achieve that?

To be fair, being the first movie it should be about the Mario Brothers saving the kingdom. That was the whole story, Bowser was conquering and these outsiders showed up and helped beat him. Him kidnapping the rightful ruler is part of his whole plan to insert himself.

Now, when they do a sequel, absolutely have Peach deciding to take matters into her own hands. But for the first movie, it should follow the story.
