But anyone wishing for a major crash is wishing for mass layoffs and foreclosures. People literally wishing for others to lose their jobs, livelihood and home so they can have their turn is really horrible. I thought raising interest rates is supposed to drive housing costs down? Meaning instead of paying 6% on 400k youd be paying 6% on a lower amount.
