So make a level 100 sylveon with pixelate. Ev 252 sp attack and 212 speed and 40 def. Max ivs. Hyper voice as its first move. Make sure sylveon is the only party member and holding metronome.
Then stand in front of ace tourney guy and activate turbo for A button. Pretty much an infinite loop of ace tournament completions will happen with sylveon killing all easily

Man having a turbo controller is nice!
While Im at work or asleep, Ill auto run the ace tourney with my pixelate/metronome/hyper voice sylveon and get a few apriballs, rare candies, tera shards, etc lol

2 x red onions
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 proscuitto
2 random mystica herbs

I think you can just use a red onion and 2 salty mysticas, but i didnt have 2 saltys

Basically make a ghost encounter/shiny sandwich and go to area 4 in the daytime.
no pokemon will be present and if you are lucky, Shiny Flutter will be there.
ive tried two 30 min runs in the cave but no luck.

While checking your raid dens you can see if it's a shiny and if it is and you're solo you can back out. It'll still be shiny and the den will still be there. Turn off auto save and make a hard save. Let people in discord join. When the raid ends and the catch screen pops up, you just exit out of the game. When you go back in, you can host again. Just be sure to write down when you first found that den to change your system time as after a few hours it'll disappear. And you can only host so many times and disconnect before you might get a 30 minute timeout. When that happens feel free to finally catch it or whatever clearing it solo.

Raid pokemon have base shiny odds and aren't affected by the shiny charm or sandwiches but if you check multiple ones a day this entire gen you'll almost certainly end up finding one.

What discord do you guys use? This seems really cool! I would be thrilled to get a shiny!

Nope. You can transfer GBA pokemon all the way to Nintendo Switch pokemon games.
But the gameboy and gameboy color are stuck to their consoles.
