Yeah, if you go about it that way. Odds would be better if you hit her with a playful "Damn, should've kissed you after the second date huh haha." Still low, but better. When I was younger I started off too slow and had some success recovering with some humor about it. Don't get me wrong, it's still better to make a move at an appropriate time instead of hesitating, but you never know. Probably too late now though that the conversation is over.

Honestly if they aren't causing any harm than it seems like not that big a deal. Just be aware that if you take active steps to block their access then you could be giving them a reason to start vandalizing your property, because kids can be vindictive little shits

First and foremost, it's his property, it's as big of a deal as he wants it to be.
Secondly, if one of those kids gets hurt on his property, parents love to blame everyone but themselves and their bad parenting (not teaching children about the importance of personal property) or their children. He would certainly be sued.
