Well I can honestly say not being able to taste anything is one of the most bizarre experiences Ive had. Its so strange, at least initially. Now Im just annoyed that I cant taste anything and eating is not very enjoyable.

At least Im feeling pretty good.

I worked at one as my first job like 20 years ago and it wasnt that bad, seemed like a normal cashier or stocking job at any store. No idea what its like now, but yeah if its only 1 person working a store that would be brutal.

Those were the last symptoms I experienced in losing taste and smell. First 2 days I had body aches then felt better after that. About 5 days later my smell and taste were gone. Lasted about 2 weeks then it all came back. Sounds like Covid.

This is basically exactly what Ive experienced. You didnt feel sick again after you lost taste and smell?

I had an antigen test laying around that came back as positive, but I think those only tell you if youve had it before. Which to my knowledge I havent so yeah. I guess Im hoping if I have it I already made it through the worst of it.

Im a little confused because I thought losing taste and smell was an early covid symptom. Unless Ive been sick for the past week and its not covid related and now covid is hitting me on top of that I dont know.

I hope thats not the case as Im starting to feel better now, gonna suck if I have to deal with covid right after getting over some other BS.

but you do understand that there is something your wife is sensisitive about and if someone used it to upset her you would have to do something or it would be a huge arguement with her at home you understand that portion a lot of these cats are not married and can only chris rocks pov

Of course. But if I take my wife to a comedy show and the guy on stage makes a joke about her Im not walking up there and slapping him. Hes a comedian, thats what hes paid to do. If my wife was that offended Id ask if she wanted to leave and wed get up and walk out.

The setting matters, if were just out in public and some ass is doing that then absolutely you can let the hands go. But the man was being paid to do a job and if you dont want to submit yourself to being joked about then dont go.

people are defending chris rock because they are more likely to be in his spot a guy mocking a guys wife than they are to be the guy whose wife is getting mocked.

And when your wife gets mocked in public who do you think has to actually deal with it? Will the husband. If you dont understand that you definitely are not married.

not condoning violence just adding perspective.

All the married men feel me. Your wife will not let you live that down

Im married and yeah I agree, but were not in Hollywood on live tv. If you dont want to be mocked dont go to an awards show hosted by a comedian.

The funny thing for Will is that jokes are going to be directed at them even more so now. Imagine Gervais hosting in the future lol. Like he just made it worse for himself.

He didnt even apologize to the man, he apologized to the academy. You dont slap a man on live tv, respect to Chris for keeping it together in that situation. I like Smith and Im not really a fan of Rock, but that was ****ed up.

Least he could have done was apologize to him during that speech, but he couldnt do it. Hes a comedian, they make jokes. Sure that doesnt mean you have to just smile and take it, but you approach him back stage or later on, dont slap him on live tv.
