Middle of the road is right, maybe the Hamptons locations gets some better stuff, but the reason people shop there, myself included, is because its cheap/relatively cheap.

Theres lots of cheap/lower quality stuff there if you need something now, and once in a while if you can be patient and wait you find some nicer stuff. TJ Maxx and Marshalls are owned by the same corporation. For my area, the Marshalls is usually better than the two TJ Maxxes that are near me.

Its better than Walmart and Target, IMO, unless you need groceries or the pharmacy. Id say it depends on the Kohls location, but as a whole Id take TJ Maxx/Marshalls over Kohls. Kohls, being a department store, does have a base stock of stuff that is always there while stores like TJ Maxx it depends on what they get.

Again, IMO, and based on the mens selections. My mom and sister prefer stores like Marshalls, but there are a few women at my job that rave about Kohls.

The difference is that in Awakening support conversations between characters of the opposite sex all seemes geared towards romance and in older games it feels like you can actually have battle field comraderie between a unit of one sex and a unit of the other without the whole thing being designed as a "dating sim" element.

Yeah, you would get stat bumps if you kept the characters supporting each other close to each other. Im assuming the stat boosts are still there in the newer games?

I remember getting blind sided by my friend because in a GBA linked battle, he had his A supports all on top of each other. I knew about that aspect before, but I didnt know how pronounced the boost could be.

If I were in Vegas, I probably would have had money on Rich Strike. But only if the sportsbook prominently displays the horse colors so that I could have seen that it was red and white, lol.

I'm guessing he means it's nastier than the ones from the earlier movies I've actually seen where, sure they were clever, but they were ultimately just animals that were carnivores. They ate people because they were hungry and the people were made out of meat, not because they were assholes.

I love Winter Park. I hope you have a great time. We spent four or five days there about 15 years ago. Two days seems a little short for Winter Park, but it should be awesome.

We spent four days skiing back in January here in Michigan, and, physically, I took it the best. I jogged outside almost everyday from Spring to around Christmas time when it finally got too cold and the snow and ice started to stick around. In the month leading up to the trip, all I did was push ups and sit ups. So, I recommend those plus some leg work outs.

I heard only some Russian banks were getting cut out, but its a start.

America's sole use in the war was manufacturing and distributing arms. From a military standpoint, we weren't responsible for shit aside from killing two cities of Japanese civilians.

Europe and the USSR put more on the line and ended up being responsible for their victories over the rest of the Axis, which in turn cut off any leverage Japan had which made them a sitting duck for Truman to flex his muscles onto the world.

Russians traditionally emigrated to the US to get away from repression, so Id bet a lot of Russians in the US are Putin haters. Theyll probably be fine unless there are people who would start Pro-Putin marches.

The gist of it was that Ukraine was offered independence as a separate republic to get Ukraine on their Bolshevik side vs the White Russian counter-revolutionaries. He also blamed Stalin for shuffling the borders of Eastern Europe, adding some Polish and Romanian lands to Ukraine. Then he attacked Khrushchev for giving Crimea to Ukraine (Crimea was part of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic until the 50s when Khrushchev added it to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic). This created the artificial Ukraine.

I know you asked the other poster, but heres my two cents. Putin wants a buffer state like the Soviet Union had Poland, East Germany, Czechoslovakia, and the rest, so I dont think theyll formally annex all of Ukraine. They may occupy for a time until their puppets can trot out a loyal military. As an aside, this is why Belarus probably wont ever be formally annexed by Putin, even though it comes up every so often.

They want to link Russia to Crimea from the North, so they could annex everything to the Dnieper (the river Kiev is on) and have loyal stooges in rump Ukraine. However, this would leave the pro-West part of Ukraine isolated from the rest. If you look at electoral maps of Ukraine from 1990 to 2014, you see the country develop into the pro-West electorate and the pro-Russia electorate. Theyre going to rig elections going forward, but it would be easier with a loyal base (although they may not be as loyal after eight years of war).

Ultimately, I think theyll annex the land linking current Russia to Crimea or get special military concessions for it, leaving Ukraine pretty close to what it is now. New Ukraine will be run like Russia, with opposition getting arrested or banned and loyal oligarchs installed (Putins early reign involved bending the Russian oligarchs to his will or replacing them like Khodorkovsky was).

I cant speak to sanctions, but I hope theyre strong. The announcement of no Swift banning isnt the best sign, but well see.

A preemptive strike would play perfectly into Russian hands, but I wonder/hope the Ukrainians have some capability to strike it if a hot war starts before theyre overrun in those regions.

Also, apparently Moscow recently rescinded their pledge (that they werent following anyway) to pull back troops from the Ukrainian border.

Its almost like this is an ongoing situation. The headlines have changed over the weeks as more information comes in and the thing gets closer to happening. It has in fact been days since the headline saying it could happen in days, and now the order has seemingly been given. As.. the headlines said. Please try to understand the passage of time.

Headlines also explicitly cited February 16 as the invasion date, so you have to understand a persons skepticism as well.

D-Day happened around 6 am, Bagration launched around 5 am, and Barbarossa launched around 3 or 4 am. Those were in Summer, however. Current time in Kiev is 1:30 am, sunrise is at 7. Weather forecast is mild. IF its going happen today (meaning Monday for them), I would assume it would start in the next 6 hours, but Im no military planner.

Because the headlines any day now or Russia to invade Wednesday, February 16 carry the implication that orders have been given whether or not the statement orders have been given is in the actual headline.
