Not personally but I would highly reccomend them as an option for anyone who needs some mental health or emotional support for any vareity of issues.

You gotta believe anyone who is skeptical of therapy as a field needs to only look at what happened with former WWE Superstars Daniel Bryan and Kane.

Daniel Bryan was a technical mastermind and unpeered high-flying athlete who could outwork any opponent he ever faced and tie them up in knots.

Meanwhile on the flipside, The Devil's Favorite Demon Kane was 6,10 and 336 pounds of pure muscle. More of a Big Red Machine than a man, it often seemed like Kane was impervious to pain and there wasn't a superstar on the roster he hadn't effortlessly overpowered and destroyed.

On paper these two are unparalled in their skillsets and there wouldn't be anyone on Earth who could match up to them in the ring. If you're strong or tough? Kane is stronger and tougher. If you're fast and technical? Bryan is faster and knows a counter to everything you can do.

The problem was both men were as polar opposite outside the ring as they were inside of it and could not get along. An outraged conservative and a furious liberal, virtually the one and only thing they both hand in common was severe anger issues.

Which despite their incredible tag team accumen made it seemingly impossible for them to get along on a personal level.

This was until they attended sessions with couples therapist Dr Shelby who attempted to get to the root of the problem of why 2 men who were so undeniably talented and have so much respect for each other could have so much anger and no healthy way to express it.

Despite intense resistence from 2 juggernaunt personalities at the start, Dr Shelby managed to do the impossible and over an extended period of soul-searching sessions he helped them learn to understand and appreciate each other for who they were despite their differences.

Instead of shouting or getting violent. Bryan and Kane would now hug each other every time they felt irritated by the other.

And this perspective shift lead them to becoming Team Hell-No. Winning the coverted WWE Tag Team Championships and being near unstoppable for entire run as they perfectly balanced each other out.

In the end the only reason Kane and Daniel Bryan stopped being the greatest tag team in the world is because they were both too busy becoming millionaire world champions.

Kane's new-found anger management techniques allowed him to get into politics and become the mayor of Knox county.

Meanwhile Daniel Bryan is now so calm that he took a sabbatical from sports entertainment over a year ago and still has not been since.

If that doesn't make you realize how effective therapy can be you have to wonder what else possibly can.

I mean sometimes you just have to appreciate whatever you can get because it could always be worse.

Like the time the Eyjafjallajkull volcano errupted, grounding most European flights due to volcanic ash at the time almost the entire WWE Roster was in Europe in the middle of a completely sold out European tour.

This led to the WWE Raw Superstars having to take near all day long multiple bus and ferry rides to reach their destinations across Europe without flights. It also made returning to the US to film Raw (the longest running weekly episodic television show in history) impossible as they were in Belfast, UK the night before. It also lead to the first ever WWE Live Event that was set to take place in Turkey having to be canceled.

The Smackdown Roster were forced to take their place instead which required taking a 20 hour bus-ride in the blazing heat from Switzerland to Madrid (one of the few European airports still operating through the Ash) to reach a flight deadline which in the end they managed, arriving at the airport with 15 minutes to spare.

You have to wonder how it must feel being squeezed onto a mini-bus with several other men who are all over 6 feet tall, 250+ pounds (+luggage), some of which you despise on a personal level, under the blazing sun non-stop for almost an entire day.

You gotta believe any one of those incredible athletes would have been grateful for any flight, even if there was no food or movies if it meant they got to do what they do best every week for the WWE Universe.

How could anyone forget the man who ran over former WWE Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin in the parking lot, breaking his neck and shortening his career by years.

All in a cruel attempt to literally cripple any obstacles that impede his cousin The Rock's metoric rise to the top of the WWE.

And that mean streak continues in his sons, the Usos who are not only the longest reigning Smackdown Tag Team Champions in WWE history but also won the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships as well to prove themselves as the undisputed greatest tag team in the world today.

And you have to wonder if it was their father pressing upon them the importance of sticking with your family no matter what that made them align themselves with their cousin the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns to propel to them to untouchable status as a Trio.

There isn't anyone on planet who has been able to match their natural tag team accumen, brought on by their father's incredible genes and the chemistry that only twins can facilitate when it feels like they can read each others minds when in the ring.

You gotta believe Daddy Rikishi is smiling every time he sees his boys dominating in the ring as they have the past decade. Stone Cold? Probably not so much.

Who is your opponent?

You have to wonder if it could just be an age thing TC. Like what happened when former WWE Intercontinental Champion William Regal lost his virginity in the streets of Blackpool England when he was a wee barely legal adult.

Regal was new to the Wrestling world and had spent the last several months getting his British bum kicked by men twice his size with 20 times his experience. Then one day while backstage getting prepared to referee a main event tag team match, a beautiful young Scottish lass approached him out of no where and started coming onto him. Until she straight up invited him to have sex with her in the back of the ring-truck.

Regal was nervous and awestruck but he was as stubborn and determined outside of the ring as he was in it. So he agreed and let her lead him into the truck and onto some sound equipment. He was so bedazzled, horny, excited and confused that he didn't realize it was a trap. Close to the entire ring-crew and half the active roster where standing around and watching as he lost his virginity forever.

It took 5 seconds for him to realize that he was surrounded, and then his excitement turned into horror. Even the girl was laughing now as the booming entrance music could be heard in the distance and she said "Weren't you supposed to be doing something?" reminding him of the main event tag team match he was supposed to be officiating at that very moment.

The Rookie Regal leaped out of the truck, desperately clawing at his pants, or should we say trousers to get them back on as he sprinted to the ring. However once he made inside the squared circle, out of breath and calling for the opening bell. Steve Peacock (one of the fellow wrestlers) grabbed a microphone and said "Ladies and Gentlemen we apologize but we can't wrestle with a referee who has a massive erection."

Causing the entire arena to burst into laughter at the humiliated and emasculated Regal.

And everyone remembers their first time, no matter how brief. So this memory has been permanently burned into the enigmatic Englishman's mind.

So anytime you're feeling perpeutally horny just take a moment to remember what William Regal went through and realize that if you don't calm down and think about what you're doing, it might end badly for you.

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing John Cena act in the Peacemaker. But what I really miss is seeing John Cena overcome his goes inside the WWE ring.

Anything can happen in the WWE

You have to wonder when we're going to see John Cena lace up his trainers and step into the squared circle once more but you gotta believe sooner or later it's going to happen.

If there is one thing John Cena has never done in his entire life, it's give up.

So much controversy going on here.

It just goes to show that nothing brings out raw emotions more than Wrestlemania.

You have to wonder if she was expressing affection to you or if she was just a massive Mick Foley fan like millions of women are and just trying to see if you were as well .

You have to wonder if whoever said that is aware of the most cunning mobster of all time, the former WWE Champion CM Punk who slid into the WWE by riding the coattails of OG the 16 time world champion John Cena by joining his mob and standing 40 feet behind him.

Punk would bide his time and strike when Cena was most weakest, becoming one of the few men to ever defeat John Cena in the ring and attempting to elope from the WWE itself with the WWE Championship around his waist. Mocking the corporate heads of WWE as he went.

Karma would bite back against CM Punk's 45 seconds of fame however as Corporate Kane (who was standing 40 feet behind Vince McMahon when Punk attempted to elope) ended his career with a thunderous chokeslam through an annoucer's table.

CM Punk's body never recovered and he hasn't been seen in sports entertainment since.

You gotta believe it's the people behind you who are the most dangerous. They're targeting your weakest points.

Men who can you look you in the eye and punch you in the mouth man to man like the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns are the least suspcious of them all. Because you know exactly what you're going to get, a complete unmerciful asskicking.

It's truly amazing how every show manages to be bigger and better than the one that came before it.

It's no surprise after what you gotta believe was the greatest Wrestlemania of all time. The WWE universe has never been as excited or as shocked and there is just nothing else on the planet that can compete.

And you have to wonder if this is just the start of what's to come as somehow this week's star studded Raw and Smackdown were just as intense and exciting as Wrestlemania itself with the entire world wondering what is going to happen Monday on Raw at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, only on USA.

The TV series has taken the world by storm and it's not hard to see why.

You gotta believe the total package of incredible action scenes, emotional range and physical acting of John Cena is through the roof. It's a masterclass.

You have to wonder if anyone even can do it better. He's incredible.

It sucks to be out of pocket but at least you got a delicious meal you should be thankful for and not bitter about.

Unlike the time the former WWE Tag Team Champion and Harvard Educated Lawyer (who is undefeated in Court) David "A List" Otunga refused to turn up on Raw. And instead stayed in his hotel room and talked trash live via satellite.

Instead of going downstairs and just getting some cheap food, Otunga ordered a $400 meal to eat while he insulted everyone that he didn't respect (which is a long list) and when it arrived. He arrogantly slammed the door in the face of the hotel staff when they asked for a tip.

Moments later he heard a knock on the door and assumed it was the same man demanding his tip more forcefully. In exasperation he opened the door again to find none other than his arch rival John Cena waiting for him who delivered a furious beatdown feast with extra punishment and a side helping of suffering, leaving Otunga twitching in agony on the floor. Regretting not keeping his words soft and sweet because the only dinner he was getting that night was crow.

And you gotta believe if Otunga had either just made the effort to get his own food or tipped the hard-working blue-collar hotel staff, then he would have been absolutely fine and enjoyed a delicious meal. Instead it ended up all over the floor.

Don't be bitter about what you lost, be happy about what you have. Don't be an Otunga, be a Cena. Think of it as having 2 delicious meals and having a great time at Easter. That's something to savour

Sometimes I get really irritated or offended by someone's oboxnious fart in public or discussion.

So what I do is I keep in mind that It's nothing compared to the time the 7 foot 6, 545 pound Andre the Giant was competing against Jake "The Snake" Roberts.

Andre had backed Jake into the corner and pressed his enormous body against Jake's ribs, crushing him like a grape. Jake fell to a seated position from the pain at which time Andre sat on Jake's chest. Just when you gotta believe things couldn't get any worse, Andre proceeded to stand there and fart, inches from Jake's face.

Jake Roberts was helpless underneath all that weight and swears to this day that Andre farted continously for about 47 seconds straight before eventually letting him go.

So next time someone upsets you with just think of poor Jake Roberts and you'll have to wonder if maybe your situtation isn't so bad after all.
