I tried very hard to like it, but couldn't. The gameplay was fine, and the world design was out of this world fantastic, but the story, music and characters were dreadfully boring.

It's the only mainline Final Fantasy game I could never finish.

A little over or under a month ago, in the anime/manga board, when I used a certain T word (the one popularized by the great Admiral Ackbar), which I then learned was considered (at least by those mods) as a slur against a certain group of people, who may or may not be the exact same thing.

Here's a fun idea. Can anybody think of ways that they would "fix" The Little Mermaid, and the criticisms that were brought up?

Maybe they know each other and the prince meets and falls in love with her prior to her becoming human? That could make the pursuit more worth it, but conversely you might rather watch the romance develop AFTER she becomes human.

Maybe she turns human just to explore the world, and THEN meets and falls in love with the prince?

Are there autistic slurs? I'm autistic, but I don't think I've ever heard one. Just mean words that might not be explicitly tied to autism, or that the speaker is not aware was the result of autism, like "stupid", or a certain R word that's not allowed in this board.

Years and years of developing without basic human interaction outside my immediate family pass by. In 2017, I vowed to fight my autism by becoming a normal human being. What followed those plans in the coming years were the absolute worst social-decisions I have ever made. Does it still count as nepotism if the celebrities actually earned their success with hard work and actually great performances? Or is it still nepotism, as long as nepotism has always been the reason for their opportunity in the first place?

I'm not convinced. Would the broken part of the wing actually look like that if it ran into that pole.

Let's not forget, the plane must have been moving slowly in order to move through the pole, and stopped right there, long enough for some rando photographer to shoot a picture. But it looked like the pole "sliced" through that wing.

What does "existence" mean? I've seen that used many times before, but only about 1/8 users actually explain it. They often provide different meanings for it, and only one of them I have sympathized with. What does it mean to you, TC? Or anybody else who want to share their own answer?

As for me and my "unwavering support", I simply support arguments more than people. One argument at a time, and defensible ones.

And the people I do support are the ones who pass my general guideline for mutual respect for each others rights. Not entire communities.

Why is it okay for there to be ugly men in video games (fat, bald, hairy, cyborg bodyparts, etc), but women must be insisted to be slim and have eye candy qualities? She was angry that video games do not include enough representation of UGLY women.

She cited League of Legends as an example.
