| Squidkids 07/23/22 7:48:19 PM #1 | She does not understand the difference of long side trading and long term investing. at some point she said she understood 3 terms, long term investing, short term investing, and short selling. So I asked her what do you call when you buy first and sell later? she said long term investing. I said no, thats long side trading and you can hold it for short term or long term just like you can hold shorts for short term or long term. I said I would never hold a short for that long but I guess if you hold a short for over a year I guess you would call it a long term investment. Not something I would do though.. but make this simple, for some reason I can't get her to recongize long side trading and keeps repalcing it with long term investment and I am unsure how to explain to split the terms up. --- Be a team player, guard those super jump rings.
