I would get lightheaded a bit and out of breath easier as well. I've been able to get my blood pressure lower via diet though. It just feels like there isn't enough time in the day for those 4 days to do everything I want. Usually end up being too tired to work out if I work a 10 hour day. I feel like I have enough time with those extra two hours.
