I believe that in the 17 years Ive had to take care of my own medical decisions, Ive never been given straight up false information by any receptionist. Especially not about a procedure as intensive as a hysterectomy. If theyve ever been unsure of something theyve put me on hold while they find out the answer to my question.

I also find it hard to dismiss the information given by someone who is knowledgeable enough to know they cant give specifics due to hipaa but claims to have personally witnessed patients under 16 receive the procedure. What reason does she have to lie? If she is lying, shell end up in deep trouble for wasting everyones time once its discovered the supposed patient is ineligible for a procedure based on the simple to answer question of what age they are.

She literally has a recording of the phone call where the hospital admits to doing procedures on children under the age of 16, but dont let the facts get in the way of your agenda.

Insurance will help, then the store owner has to pay quadruple what he paid before because the threat of this happening again is high. Because of that, the owner closes the shop because he cant afford insurance.

I mean, its nice to have insurance, but usually when something bad happens in an area, insurance prices go up. Its why hurricane insurance in Florida is way more than North Carolina. Theft insurance in this area will skyrocket.

There was a user on the Halo CE pc board that I guess was known for being an asshole. One day while berating someone for asking a simple question, he posted there is no e in her unless youre trying to spell here. Learn to spell. Somehow this made its way to the Oblivion board, so a bunch of us went to give him a taste of his own medicine, which was just us putting the quote in our sigs and posting which board we heard about it on. Basically just showing him how widespread the dislike of him was. Apparently he asked in the topic that anyone who was sigging him remove it. Anyone that didnt was sig wiped, modded for flaming, and if you announced that you were from a different board you got modded for board invasion.

I only remember this because it happened during a contest and since I got warned from it I couldnt go to board 8 to discuss contest stuff.

I have a wife, 4 kids under the age of 9, and a pet. After 80+ hours in this game, I have yet to think that my experience would be greatly improved with a pause button.

Im not against it, but I dont understand the complaints about the lack of one. Anything that I can think of is either solved by a 2 second warp, just accepting that sometimes you die and its not the end of the world, or better planning. And if its truly an emergency then dying in a video game probably isnt a top concern anyway.
