I like it a lot. The fight scenes are awesome and the MC isn't a whiny little wuss like in every other anime like this.

If you want a really badass MC then you should watch the Chainsaw Man anime when it starts later this year

The animation for the fights is good but the characters and story were really boring to me and I stopped watching it halfway through the first season. I agree with the other person who said that its derivative

Why are you throwing around the term cinematic universe? That implies that there would be multiple movie franchises which are interconnected. If Disney makes some DBZ movies it wouldnt be a cinematic universe, it would just be a series of movies

I like it a lot. I was a fan of the comic for years and was hyped when the show was announced. Its funny to see people call the comic too try hard with its edginess when you have people shrinking down to the size of an ant and blowing up peoples dicks in the show lol

The Halloween episodes are the worst ones. The first one was great and then they tried and failed to capture that same magic every year to diminishing returns

I think male singers tend to have more versatile voices than female singers. Guys can sing almost as high as women with training and it's naturally easier for us to hit lower notes. I really like rock music but I have to actively try to find female lead vocalists that I like because it seems like its harder for them to get the same amount of grit in their voices as dudes.

My first name is bland and super common. My last name is really rare but its 2 letters away from one of the most common last names you can have. So whenever I introduce myself people always ask me to repeat my name like 3 times and ask if Im saying that common surname when Im not.

Its kind of annoying when that happens. I just went through it again with a guy one the phone that I was trying to set up a job interview with. Even after I told him my name 4 times and even spelled it out for him he still called me by the wrong name after that. He even looked at my resume which has my name written on it multiple times and continued to say the wrong name.

Part of me wants to just change it to that name people mistake it for but thats probably too much of a hassle

One of my coworkers is totally paranoid and crazy, and while sort of sad because she clearly has some sort of mental issues, she has a lot of interesting (but obviously false) ideas in her head.

* Drones are spying on her all the time when she's outside
* Her phone and all televisions are spying on her
* Her ex hacked her phone. Although this one might be just because she's technologically illiterate. Because she'll say stuff like "Look! My phone has to be hacked because I can't get into my e-mail!". Then I'll take a look and just tell her that that's because she's not connected to the internet <_<
* Her boyfriend is part of a (literally) underground fight club underneath China Town where he's in fights similar to cockfighting
* Illuminati stuff
* The apocalypse is happening right now
* A shitton of anti-vax/Covid isn't real stuff
* A rich cult leader is building a $21 million mansion and wants her to become his queen
* Trump stuff like the election was stolen
* She believes that some random guy can predict the future just because he said an earthquake would hit Hawaii a while back. When I asked her if the guy specified when it would happen, or even say if it would happen soon or not, she said no. But she still believes that guy is psychic. I tried to explain that I could do the same thing by saying a hurricane would hit Hawaii because eventually it's going to happen, but I don't think she understood :<
