Are those real opinions? And not fake ones to appeal to the echo chamber? I thought reddit is a place if you go against the echo chamber you get downvoted and post disappear. So if you want your opinions to stay up you go with the crowd. So you say liberal stuff on r/politcs. And say conservative stuff on r/The_Donald or wherever the conservatives post now.

Your description of reddit is correct. I don't know whether these are 'real' opinions or not, but they're getting upvoted on r/conservative which means the posters there are mostly agreeing with them.
