they've since truncated a LOT of the annoying parts of A Realm Reborn compared to years ago. and if you're skipping anything past like 2.1, the game probably isn't for you, because the story is the main focus

Seems kinda weird to have an MMO that the main focus is the story. That short of isn't the point of an MMO.

I am not a big fan and I can't really put my finger on the reason why.

Honestly I never found one that I completely liked.

Before the blizzard stuff with sexual harassment and then their evil mtx bs, I gave up wow because of their loot time gates.

FF14 is okay except there's a patch of missions that's pretty much busy work with no progress and even skipping the scenes it still took me 3 days of over 6 hours of gameplay each day to get through.

Eve was fun until you realize their time gates are the worst in all of gaming. All skills, including those needed to fly certain ships take any where from 30 minutes to 28 days. So most battle ships will take literally over a year to train. And that's also without you training for mining, industry, manufacturing skills as well. So there's a lot of "oh that ship looks cool! I wanna try it" then you set up all the skills and realize it'll be ready for you to fly in the fall of next year.

No of you count freemium MMOs, if you are into 2d side scrolling Maple story is fun but as one of the first games to offer MTX it is probably one of the worst when it comes to milking you dry. Game play is fun and you can definitely get by doing the game cheap, but it can be difficult.

To be fair, i am sure lots of other counties would do it too if they had the resources to make apps to begin with.

I never had a hangover on account of never drinking that much. But isn't a hangover caused mostly by the sugar content of the drinks? Wouldn't less sugar alcohol result in a lack of hangover?

The one that makes me burp the most is diet coke and coke. I rarely drink regular coke though. The red and black coke zero is what I drink now. I like it best.

I don't find coke products to be that high in carbonation to be honest. To give a reference point, this is an unshaken bottle of topo chico to give you an idea of what I am looking for as a base line.

I believe the addiction I have towards soda is more to do with the carbonation. I used to drink the hell out of topo chico until my doctor advised me to stop since it threw my electrolytes so high the lab thought my blood work was contaminated.

Medabots. Love the games. There's two gba series. One was RPG style and the other was 2v2 fighting style. Both had the style of loser gives up a piece of their medabot to the winner. RPG ones were fun, the fighting one was meh.

Back when I managed a gamestop the store next door was a smoothie king. We had a VERY one sided deal where I would give him game informers in exchange for smoothies.

War thunder and zynga poker both do. I'm sure there's a reason but I don't see it. Having daily challenges reset later and later is so damn annoying

So you get high by putting on gloves and letting it sit there in your gloved palm? No wonder you go through jobs like normal people go through underwear.

Every so often it pops up on the news where an officer or someone touched the stuff and was hospitalized or something. If this stuff is so dangerous that just touching it is a hazard then how the hell do people actually take it?

A good example of this is borderlands. They have cool sniper rifles in the games, however I hate how there really isn't a stealth aspect to it. The second you fire at an enemy all the others some how know exactly where you are.

Makes you won't what's the point of even having those sniper rifles in the first place.

It's not OS issues. It's sometimes just the sheer amount of data.
Sometimes at my job we get requests for all the video visits and phone calls(with notes that investigators or officers may have happened to attached to those records) of inmates that been in jail for decades. Those audio and video files add up and there's been cases where we've had to send out multiple external SSDs for one inmate.

I feel like it's best to keep up with the atrocities of the world and accept the world is a fucked up place but not let it fool you into thinking it's all doom and gloom. There are good people out there, a lot more than cynics like to think. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be positive, it just means you shouldn't bury your head in the sand.

But what says those with positive attitude aren't just putting on a show? I am one depressed person but in real life everyone sees me as a buddle of joy and jokes. Even people at my job in my department's group chat says they miss my cheerfulness around the office since I started working at home. Fact is, a lot of people put on a mask to hide what they are or feeling.

I ask because I had a friend post on social media that she got a HUGE score of dice recently from shop yet I also know she hasn't played DnD for some time.

For me, and I have no idea why, but I like fountain pen ink. I used to collect pens back when I could afford to which then went into ink. I still buy interesting inks when I see them, but I haven't used one of my pens in well over two years.

This, I think its mostly due to what you subject yourself to. Over the years if you watch the news and see the darker side of the world and society you will be more bitter. If you avoid that and focus only on the positive outlooks on life and your environment I think your personality will match.

If the establishment I am going to asks me to I will. Will I do it for my choice? Most likely not. I don't really care one way or the other.

That being said I am fully vaxed because of work and I am 95% sure I had Covid before it was a major thing here. I had all the symptoms in December when things started making the rounds in Feb/Mar IIRC. Never been tested but I am confident I would show the markers of having have had it.

Its getting so bad now. Wondering if they will ever do anything to fix it or just let it become worse than a flea market.

It's most likely the lack of bandwidth. More people using it and bottlenecking the access towers or hubs.

well the theme of this topic might actually help you. Some people with problems with math normally need to associate it with real world reasons.

Lets say basic problem 4x+4=28

You and three friends go to a bar with a coupon for free plate of nachos, those nachos are 4 dollars. The bill comes and is 28 dollars, how much does each person pay. Yes theres easier ways to figure that out, but that Algebra equation is one way to do it.

I was AP and GT all through school when it was science and math. History and English I was in regular classes.

My old job we used to use some government site that I can't remember the name of. It was very accurate for current weather all over the world and would give short notice weather forecasts. Nothing like a week out, but it was very good.

Not really a failure on my part. Its their job to teach me it, if they don't know what its applied to themselves means that maybe it should have been taught.

Almost none of my teachers could ever answer the question "How is this used in the real world?". Not how I personally would use it, but just generally how it would be used in the real world and it bugged me. Every other subject the teacher could give examples of how this was used or would be applied in some peoples careers. But advance math? I think ONE teacher answered it on one specific formula. And honestly that annoyed me, I mean why teach something if you don't know how to apply it.

Honestly thats a pretty bad idea. In that amount of time I see three things happening, The least likely is Crypto going strong and all current ones going strong. Most likely Only one winning out making the others you have worthless, Or somewhere between those two, all crypto currently out are gone or worth nearly nothing, if anything at all.

You pan fry the steak and make a onion and mushroom sauce with cream and Irish whiskey. Think Marsala sauce but instead of wine you use cream and Whiskey. Pretty good.

what city are you in? Houston has the most diverse Asian population, but Texas in general is lacking in that regard.

San Antonio has a MASSIVE Korean population since they had a pretty big population at our Air Force base at one time.

Lots of dessert, only whiskey I cook with personally is gaelic steak, but thats with Irish whiskey, but I assume you could use Bourbon as well.
