Fiber in the neighborhood was actually a priority for me in choosing a house, looked up the address before making an offer, everything looked good. Opened a ticket to have the service connected after we moved in and it was never installed. 6 months of phone calls asking for an explanation or an escalation and they were never able to explain what was going on. They finally just closed my ticket with no information. I also got an email on Monday asking me to confirm my email and physical address but when I look up my address now it says I'm not in a service area.
