I'd assume they get to choose who they work with, so they probably wouldn't take a job with someone they absolutely wouldn't perform with in the first place.

Smaller map, add a natural ally (same or similar govt/society setup) in the mix and stay on good terms with them, and I guess until you get the hang of the game, turn off the late game events?

It does tend to kick your ass until you understand everything going on and how to take advantage of those things.

I havent had much trouble with helping (or being helped) in Elden Ring. A few gank trap summons, but I suspect most of the toxicity and bullshittery is in the invasions and duels, or if you open yourself up to being a hunter in Liurnia.

The community for Nioh 2 was incredibly helpful and supportive, I think I only had one poor co-op experience ever.

Was curious about the show given it has a couple of NZ actors in it. Also I didn't know much about the source material, and wanted to see how it compared to a similar-themed show I had watched in the past few years. I figured the early shocks were just to set the tone.

Now it just seems like it's trying too hard to outdo itself.

Blew in front of me on a windy day, and way down the street I could see who dropped it and that they were trying to chase after it. I stepped on it to pin it down before picking it up.

They seemed to think I was going to run off with it, I heard something like "hey, that's not yours!" and they looked like they were already angry at me.

They were surprised, and then very grateful, when I gestured with the note and took it back to them.

Was playing an early Medal of Honor game (I think MOH: Underground?) and after a brief firefight, one German soldier was left badly wounded in what I assume was a slow death/unexpected last stand animation. He was directly lined up, trying to crawl away.

I shot him in the ass and his helmet flew off.

The mechanics of that haunted me more than I thought it would.
