I had a friend that worked as a waitress at a Cracker Barrel and this elderly couple would come in every Thursday night and ask for her. Then at Christmas they would leave a 250 dollar tip.

Might not be the case here, but it isnt always some lonely guy.

It would be the uppity sith on manaan in the first Knights of the Old Republic+ game. Assuming I was able to be on the same level I was in-game.

I've started taking medication to treat my ADD symptoms, and it has calmed me down for sure and it has done a lot of what it is supposed to do.

But sometimes it feels like I don't "wake up" until the medication wear off. I seem to lose my ability to think quickly, and creatively.

My prescriber says that sometimes happens, but I'm curious to other's experiences.

Can you get a refund for the tickets, at least?
Seems pretty fucked up if they expect people who test positive to not go, but don't refund them.

And yeah, that really sucks. Also, I guarantee there will be people at that concert w/ COVID and no mask. Possibly not even vaccinated if the venue isn't card-checking. :(

Maybe, maybe not, I just end up picturing ways things can make me feel bad rather than talking about them.

As soon as I think about how I'm thinking, I think differently, so I'm not sure where I fall. I think I do both at different times, but the majority of the time I'm seeing thoughts and thought talking about them.

It feels so hard to comprehend what others are thinking. Whenever I hear this conversation I feel like we are all just really bad at telling others how we think and that we all think the same but can't express it.

Where do you guys go? The place by me (Take 5 I think) I just pull in, don't have get out of my car, they ask me if I want what I got before and then just give me that. They also check my tire pressure. Theyll even check it in between oil changes for free.

There was a time where I came in and they told me I didnt need an oil change yet, I think this was right when things were beginning to open up again post covid.

You could get rid of everything and change it to

fem presenting, masculine presenting or (fem/masc)

and then add top/bottom/vers

Possibly add tags for body types, maybe animal themed.

First round of voting was:

S. Palin (D)- 30.9% - 58,328
N. Begich (D) - 27.8% - 52,504
Write-ins - 1.6% - 2,971

So if Palin or Begich didn't run, the remaining Republican probably wins the election.

The Begich votes were split 30k-20k in favor of Palin, but there's a chance that most of them would've been Palin votes (or no vote at all) had Begich not run.

Why would Begich voters split onto Palin?

Also, im imagining most Alaskan voters caring mostly about what enables Alaskan jobs. Which I assume are mostly based around ocean and fishing work.

Traveled before testing positive. I didnt even have any symptoms until this morning. I thought it was allergies until my allergy medication didnt work.

Test positive for Covid the day of the concert.

Im also missing auditions for a comedy troupe on Sunday.

This is the literal worst time during the entire pandemic for me to catch Covid.

Can PotD affirm me as a good person for not going?

It sounds like he had issues but thought they would go away if he achieved some of his goals. But then he did and got to the place of "I have all of these things but I still feel unhappy". So then he chose to end his life.

I got an email about a google account right after trying to log in to a google server. So I clicked it, turns out it was a phishing test. I was so embarassed.

I just wish the show wasnt so depressing. Not really, because it wouldnt be as good. But I had a lot of trouble rewatching it. Its very dark.

I think Ive settled on going to the festival. Its supposed to be one of the more notable summer festivals near me, so Im sure Ill enjoy it regardless. The person Im interested in probably isnt interested in me in the same capacity, so Im probably wasting my time there anyway, but got to at least try so I can fail.

I started posting on CE recently because PotD is mostly dead unless you want to argue with Jen about something.

I saw you in the fashion topic and was surprised to see you as a primary poster on CE as well as being trans.

Ive seen good responses locally but I feel like Uvalde proves more guns is an unreliable strategy. You had a guard with a gun and trained officers with guns and they still didnt stop the shooter.

So I dont understand how anyone thought this was a good idea.

Festival, Tokyo will always be there, your friends might not be.

oh one thing I don't think I touched on enough. I'm taking a huge salary decrease with this move and while COL is lower I think still it won't make up for that. Also I expect my housing will be smaller.

Conceptually, I'd expect it to go how I believe claiming multicellular children works: If you claim a kid as a dependent, and that kid dies, you can only claim them up to the date of their death. Similarly, I'd guess this just moves the date on which you can start the claim back by 7-8 months, then if you miscarry, you can't claim anymore after the miscarriage date. That seems reasonable enough. In practice, because that effectively amounts to the government paying women to be pregnant for a couple months, I expect there will be extra scrutiny added to prevent people from intentionally miscarrying so they can get a few bucks from the government without having to deliver the kid. Given the extent to which people making this sort of law tend to think being pregnant is a trivial experience, I'd also expect they'd just want the money back because they don't think any parenting costs have been incurred (especially if fathers are also able to claim this credit).

You can claim the fetus as a dependency after you give birth, then you get a tax refund for those 9 months of pregnancy.

I think 2 years is too long between seasons when you have child actors. These kids are 18 now and supposed to be 14-15 just starting high school. Some of them are not going to look like 9th graders by the time this releases.
