Do be careful with this, though. To me at least, they focus a lot on offering "keto versions" of carby foods, which just makes me want to have the carby version instead and thus an internal struggle commences, lol.

I find I have the best results just eating meat and taking vitamins. If I don't look at or think about potentially carby foods, I won't want them.

That is just me though!
