C.

My roommate uses that word constantly. And he always laughs so hard, smiling so proudly that he said that word.
Like yeah... ok.

Said person gets paid already though.

yeah. with tips

and then we get to the tipping argument where you think it's making some sort of "statement" to the man or something by not tipping, when all you're doing is punishing/being an asshole to the very bottom of the totem pole at the business (your server, likely a decent human being) for the culture that you live in, in order to save a buck or two

Yeah, pretty much this. It's "customary" to tip the servers or even your dealer if you have an exceptionally great night at the table.

It ain't illegal to NOT tip, and the topic creator may not care but the dealer, server, or anyone else at the table will just think of the topic creator as being uninformed of the unspoken rules at a casino.

Topic creator actually omitted exactly HOW many drinks were served as well. One drink and I guess someone won't bat an eye if a tip isn't given. But if topic creator was at the table for a while and got more than 5+ drinks or so, then yeah a tip should've been given at some point even before the dealer told you. I will agree with you that it was wrong of the dealer to point you out on it though. But like I mentioned, they probably thought/still think you're uninformed of casino customs and etiquette.
