My heart weighs heavy today. I'd have left it at home if I could. Id leave my ears behind so I wouldn't have to hear it anymore.. I'd wear a t shirt so there wouldn't be a sleeve for it to hang from. I'd turn off my phone and sleep the day away, if it meant escaping this feeling. My steps feel more difficult. The minutes slower. I want to drown out this voice with alcohol, drink myself into a stupor, drink until I can disregard these feelings. Until I'm drunk enough to feel okay.

My heart is killing me today but I still can't figure out how to live without it.

Fuck it I'm drunk lol. Probation officer called me. Apparently I'm a victim of domestic violence. She asked me about loss of things, their value, and appropriate rwstitititions. She said she can push for jail and in a roundabout way I said it'd be the only way she learned.
