A member of a religion called Wicca. It's based in pagan beliefs and is a pretty chill religion overall. Some Wiccans refer to themselves as witches or witch practitioners but nothing they do is really any wierder than what any religious person does.

She won't try and convert you or do anything wierd, so don't worry about that.

That said, this goes out the window if she's a Wiccan for the sake of being edgy. Then expect hours of talk about rituals and how she has a book bound in human skin (even though in Wicca doing harm to other people is literally the only sin).

For the record, not wiccan myself, just someone who likes to learn about different religions.

why would I want a bunch of random nobodies make important legal decisions when there's a fucking trained, experienced professional sitting right next to them?

Well then that's your choice. You know you can forgo your right to a jury trial whenever you want, right?

However, I'll take my chances with the group where at least half of them have been hand-picked to be able to emphasize with me.

On a less cynical note, the reason we use juries is because they're nobodies. The jury system is the public position within the judicial branch. Judges aren't elected, nor should they be, so it's pretty much the only representation of the common man.

Furthermore, judges can and have been bribed, or received kickbacks for everyone they throw in prison. That's FAR less likely to happen with a Jury, so for the kid who's face life because a cop entrapped him, a jury trial is their only real chance of not losing everything.

I criticize it because it fetishises homosexuality so middle-aged japanese women can masturbate to it, thereby reinforcing stereotypes about gay men, good and bad. Notice how most yaois are borderline rape?

Yaoi is definitely not perfect (far from it), but it ultimately paints a positive view of homosexuality and does more good than bad.

It paints a view of homosexuality as we're all perverts, who coerce each other into sex under dubious conditions.Yeah, a totally positive portrayal.

If they don't have an airtight, indestructible case, the Senate, being controlled by Trump's other bitches, is gonna throw it out.

so, do you know how clinton got impeached?

he got impeached simply for lying about fucking some chick.

not because he was actually fucking her, but because he lied and said he wasn't.

that's the set precedent for impeachment.

that means that, pretty much anything involving trump with russia would end up with his impeachment.

and oh look, exactly nothing has happened. if the FBI actually had anything it would be enough.

fun fact: andrew johnson was impeached because he fired someone.

Oh dear lord you're an idiot.

Clinton was impeached because he perjured himself. Illegal.

Johnson was impeached because he was removing the power of Congress. Unconstitutional.

And once again, Congress has to initiate the impeachment, AND THE REPUBLICANS ARE NOT GOING TO KICK HIM OUT OF OFFICE UNLESS THEY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.

if they found literally anything it would be done and over with.

So no, they absolutely haven't found anything.

also the fact that the FBI wouldn't say they had anything until they actually brought it forth in court.

Meanwhile, Congress is running its own investigation into it, but it's being run by another one of Trump's bitches, so I doubt that'll turn anything up.

Believe it or not, Republicans do not care if Trump is committing treason, so long as they get what they want. Unless the FBI comes up with something they can;t just ignore, nothing is gonna happen, and nothing will be publicly released.

Furthermore, he did it without congressional approval, and he announced it after he did it. These are things a dictator does.

them being tomahawks doesn't really matter. they all do the same thing: indiscriminately explode.

them being targeted primarily at isis doesn't mean all were, and they were still shot at syria.

furthermore, obama did them without congressional approval as well. don't cherry pick, call obama a dictator too.

I don;t think you have a great grasp on modern weapons.

The fact that they were tomohawks does matter. Certain types of missiles are, in fact, easier to direct where they will wind up exploding, as well as containing the destruction to what you want exploded. Tomahawks are for when you don;t care what blows up, you just want to blow shit up. Plus, while it is not as important, Tomohawks are LUDICROUSLY expensive. That's why we don't use them very often.

You realize a LOT of dictators start out democratically elected, right? Adolf Hitler, Robert Mugabe, and Ferdinand Marcos were all democratically elected, and not in sham elections either. The majority of their countries made the decision to vote for them (ironically the biggest difference between their rise to power and Trump's).

How someone comes into power does not have any bearing on whether or not they will be a dictator. I'm pretty certain Germans said that Hitler wasn;t a dictator because he was democratically elected as well, right before giving a Sieg Heil.

And once again, STICKING THINGS IN AN UNCONCIOUS WOMAN IS RAPE. Or at least it is as good as rape.
