The whole reason Jason works is because he's a big guy who is wrecking regular people who are mostly unaware of the situation. Him fighting comically overarmed semi-anime action heroes headon would go very poorly for him. Even if he can't die, he'd get incapacitated really fast.

If you say something that offends someone, and when confronted with the fact you bypass trying to find any sort of middle ground and instead launch directly into acting like a petulant and bitter child, you are the problem.

I don't know how it's so hard to realize how some people have buttons you probably shouldn't mash. How do you people operate in day to day life without alienating everyone you meet?

Max Payne 3 is a fun game but I think it's more than fair to say the pacing was really choppy for an action game. I liked the story, but MP1 and MP2 were also story heavy yet still contained a much more proportionate amount of gameplay-to-story.

That, and maybe it was because I was playing on 360, but the game had a serious problem with letting you skip scenes you'd already seen. You would sometimes have to wait 30 seconds to a minute into the scene before it allowed you to do so

It's hard to reccomend Metroidvania games because I find a lot of them to be really bland and bad. I find platformers a lot more entertaining when they have, well.. Challenging platforming instead of loads of flat hallways filled with enemies or smashing together a bunch of genres. Sometimes they can still be good; Hollow Knight is a great recent example of someone who gets the genre making something. The post-GBC Shantae games are similarly very very great. And classics like Super Metroid and SOTN (even though SOTN has a lot of the aformentioned issues) are quite good

A lot of metroidvanias I would absolutely steer clear of, though. Most of the mobile Castlevanias are absolutely forgettable. Metroid hasn't had an actual game in the genre it created in a long time. The most recent Strider game as well as Salt and Sanctuary are two of the worst games I've played in years.

Say 98% of white people and 97% of black people have access to the required kind of IDs... well even just a small difference would knock 1% of black voters out. It's very calculated

It's the same reason why some large urban areas have one or two polling stations with huge lines where you essentially have to wait all day to vote, while rural areas have way more places where you can be in and out very quickly

All calculate to reduce as much as possible the people who are more likely to vote democrat. It's not like it's a secret

It's not a secret to the point that in my state the GOP has actually been open about it with the reasoning of "So what we're just trying to win is that so bad???"

Lol? On CE, the general opinion on OoT is "it was good for its time but basically unplayable today."

And Majora's Mask is regarded as the best Zelda by many, especially on CE where it's considered the uncontested #1. Link's Awakening is in the top 3 list of everyone that played it as a little kid, but out of the few people that played it when they were older, it never breaks top 5. Each Oracle game alone is way better, let alone when linked.

OoT is really good, especially for its time. It was a huge jump forward in playability for games of its type and is definitely very playable even today. But its not a perfect or even close to perfect game
