I'd guess there'd be too many betting forms for just the admins.

He could implement like a betting system. When two users want to make a bet, they can fill out like a form together, fill out their usernames, how much karma they'll bet with all their karma equating an account closure, date by which the bet should be determined, and who is betting what.

The form would be submitted to the mods and they can choose to approve or deny it. Most bets will be approved given the bet is clearly laid out without loopholes. Once the bet determination date is reached, the mods can review it and force the losing party to close their account, or if neither party wins nothing happens.

It's probably a shitty idea but whatever I was just thinking maybe it could deter welching bullshit.

Also I suppose it can be filled out by a single person if they bet something like "I'll close my account if I get 100 dislike votes in 24 hours on this poll."
