Mainly because she has this nasty old dog that doesn't like other dogs and you can't even pet it. We have a 6 month old German shepherd, which scares some people here for some reason. Even though he's nice af and gets along with everyone and dog he meets So I take the dog outside to use the bathroom and I go back in. I call the elevator and my dog tries to go in but he didn't see the lady and dog were in there. She's freaking out telling me to leave and to train my dog better. My dog didn't even bark or lunge or anything. During my house searching now I've noticed townhouses are the best for my budget(200k). Houses are expensive in IL, you need to spend like over 300 if you want something nice. Townhomestend to be newer. Pretty much all keep the laundry units and stuff, hoa fees actually go toward snow and lawn With regular houses I've noticed they tend to be older and have a lot of areas of concern.
