Do you understand what ketosis is? There's just no way you possibly can if you're spouting this rubbish. When you're in ketosis (which you're constantly in while doing the keto diet), your body is literally burning stored fat for energy. There are no carbs in the system so fat is all that's used. Even if you've never done the diet yourself, you should be able to look at these facts and deduce that it will burn fat more efficiently than not being in ketosis.

Stopped counting very early on. I was never actually overweight, but I wanted to get my bodyfat% down more, so I took up this diet. Once you adapt to it, you can basically eat as much food as you like and you'll still be burning fat far more rapidly than any exercise will allow for. It's really bothersome when I see people acting like the diet is "dangerous" or bad for some other reason. You know they just don't have the willpower to stick to not eating carbs, LOL.

No, his "gimmick" is complaining about issues, asking for advice, then never taking it. The fat thing is just one of the things he complains about.

But I don't want to bash Joe too much here. He's actually doing the water diet, and I'm glad for that. It means he's more likely to do the keto diet in the future which will actually help him with weight loss in the long term.

I hated the direction the Wario Land series went in after the original. Too much exploring and open ended bullshit. I love the original. One of my first games ever.

The original was great, but 2 and especially 3 were way, way better. The perfect Mario games and they're not even about Mario. WL4 was a disaster.
