Exactly, so it's easier. You don't have to quit food like an alcoholic has to abstain 100%. You can still enjoy a wide variety of food and even treat yourself on occasion. It's not hard. Eat healthy, exercise, don't eat portions that would feed 8 people all at once. Gee... the absolute terror of difficulty here is just insurmountable.

How many pounds have you lost?

At my heaviest I was just over 240lbs. I'm now around 155. Took a long time and what people call "hard work" wasn't actually hard, it's all about adapting to a new way of life and basically stopping the excuses.

For Canada I feel our best hope for glory is the Oilers. Even more so than Montreal but maybe that's just me being biased because **** Quebec and everything about it

If an alcoholic quits drinking he isnt magically cured, hes still an alcoholic. He made the decision and used will power to make the best choice to quit. Doesnt mean the temptation is gone. Never heard of a dry alcoholic?

I can certainly see how it can be hard. Taste receptors have direct stimulation on the brain. There's a reason so many people are huge, so saying "it's easy" isn't really productive.

People make excuses for everything. Saying it's hard to eat healthy is just an excuse. Saying you can't hit the gym and even do light walking on a treadmill is just an excuse. No one is shoving oreos down your throat.

Well yes, in that case, you're right. You can't put too many eggs on one side of the spectrum. The balance is certainly necessary and that's what you'll hear if you talk to any of the world's top lifestyle coaches.

Everyone should be forced to walk on a treadmill at a comfortable speed until they have burned off 300 calories. That way they can see the amount of time and energy actually needed to accomplish this. I hear lots of people say things like "oh yeah I exercise I walk 10 to work and back" Uhh great.... you walked a whole 20 minutes and burned off like 75 calories. Yet they think they burned off a lot more.

Ahh I didnt know that. I've only got a PC & PS4 but I figured if a Bayo HD bundle was coming to the PS4 or XB1 both consoles would get it.

uhh theres no excuse to be fat. It doesnt take rocket science or a crazy amount of effort to achieve and sustain a healthy weight. Half the battle isnt even work its simple "calorie in vs calorie out". Eat a few 100 calories less than your bodys daily need. Try some exercise. Not that hard. You dont need to live off of greens and water or become a marathon runner.

2011 reminds me why it was my year of "play through your backlog". I've never been big into elder scrolls and imo Skyward Sword stunk. Tactics Ogre on the PSP was so addicting I must have easily put over 150 hours into it.

It's did. Just personal opinion, I enjoyed lots of the 2010 releases but there isn't any id call amazing or great, just good. Super Mario Galaxy 2 & Bayonetta may be the exception I suppose, but even then if a game leaves me with no desire to replay it ever again regardless of my initial enjoyment I tend to leave it off the "great" lIst. I've replayed the original super Mario Galaxy a few times.

Protien is great and helps curb appetite but if your father works manual labor he needs healthy carbs especially the morning. Get him to eat some cheap but healthy oatmeal and a protien source like eggs. Not super low or high calorie it's a nice middle fix. Complex carbs for energy and the protien helps curb appetite until lunch. Oatmeal is filling and bothe oats and eggs are cheap and easy to cook.

Hmm... Lots of games I enjoyed in 2008 for sure but nothing that really blew my mind. MGS4 was great, I think my GOTY for 2008 was definitely Valkyria Chronicles. Vesperia is definitely my favorite Tales of game, Patapon was a fun surprise and Dead Space was quite fun the first play through.

REmake & Suikoden 3 are really the only games I loved in 2002.... Rez was kinda neat. I never got into the Metroid Prime games and kingdom Hearts games can go to hell.

Actually Eternal Darkness was quite fun and while these days GTA games no longer appeal to me I had a lot of fun with Vice City I have to admit.

Anything good religion does can be done just as well through secular means without the additional supernatural baggage.
