the thing about this game's performance on PC is that it can run totally fine on one card and then like complete dog shit on a better card. it's actually well-optimized graphically, but poorly tested. my 1080TI beasts it at 4K and gosh it's beautiful

there's some issue where the game can't keep a steady framerate if you set it at 60fps, especially in city areas.

EDIT: looks like they're patching it the same day this expansion releases, may 9.

My PC can thankfully bruteforce the game into running decently (thank God for Gsync), but I hope they patch the performance issues soon because then it really will be the best racing game of all time.
