Great sentiment. But NASCAR knows where the money is at.
Do I think they want people to die, absolutely not, but they are not ashamed at featuring the crashes pretty well. And a lot of the fans like them. The same way people say," I watch the Superbowl for the comercials."

But while we are bring up a Stewart, it is cool that The Glen has a Grandstand named in honor of Sir John Young Stewart. Who was certainly an advocate for racing safety.

Awesome! Sank a lot of hours into that game. Feel like playing it now actually. You ever try the CIV IV Colonization expansion?

I sank a good part of my 90's gaming into that game, no joke.
Ya, I was really happy when it was announced. Day one purchase, I played it, it was okay.
But after a while I realized just how broken it was. There is a German mod that makes it the game it was supposed to be.
I'm not sure of the name of the mod, but I could find it with some work.

It's my first impression about that pepper obsession that I think of.

When chefs say season, it's only salt and pepper.

You season with those to make other flavors pop etc. When you add other stuff you add spices.

So if you read or hear "season to taste" it means salt and pepper to taste.

Salt is a mineral, and seasoning.
Pepper is a seed, that's a spice.
Basil is an herb, and a seasoning.

I know how to cook an omelette, it was nothing to do with heat. They buy cheap pans that gets ruined quickly because others cook with max heat with them. When I get my own place I'm gonna get some real pans.

But yeah, nonstick pans are only good for omelettes, but not really even needed then either.

Haha, so we're on the same page then!!
Cooking omelettes for me is generally hit or miss.
I either make a perfect one, or totally fuck it up.
