Dated an Iranian girl in college. Her parents immigrated to Canada from Iran when she was young and she grew up there, then went to school in the US. She was very chill about her faith and never even wore a hijab or anything unless she was attending some sort of religious event. She partied and what not just like every basic Western chick and was a very sweet girl. She never tried to force her religion on me or anything.

Despite being very Westernized, her parents were still very conservatively Muslim and were not super fond of the fact that she was dating a non-Muslim man. They were still friendly when I met them and never said anything negative to my face, but they made it well known to her that they wouldn't support her going much farther than simply just casually dating me. Didn't really see a future with her regardless of her faith in the end, so we mutually broke up on decent terms. She moved back to Canada after graduating and I haven't seen her since. I still keep tabs on her on social media every now and then and she occasionally likes/comments on my posts and vice versa. All in all it was a good experience and I wish her well.

Agree with the reformation part, not the rest though

How can it? Muhammad said that his revelation was the last and final revelation, directly from Allah himself. Perfect in every way, and complete.

Then what's the solution then? Do we just forever have to coexist with these people and accept their threat to our societies and cultures as is?

When you're reading a post by the Admiral, just remember that he's not like other users. His posts are incredibly artistic, almost to the point where you have to be paying complete attention to them to even remotely understand them. I remember reading to a post on Current Events (though I can't remember what it was), where I thought a post was a complete shitpost initially. Then, I closed my eyes for a second, and all of a sudden the post had an entirely new meaning. It was insane the way The Admiral could just become something so different when you take a look as his posts

Another thing you should note about The Admiral is that it's easy to get a headache reading his posts. Not because they're nonsensical race baiting, but because of how many ideas his posts are riddled with and how complex they are. Soon enough your head will fill to the brim and the rest will just sound like trolling to you. Just close the browser and reread them the next day.

If you don't like his opinions you'll definitely at least enjoy reading through the posts, and picking apart the ideas themselves and all of the intellectual values that go into making it the complexity that it is.

is this a serious post or some sort of copypasta i'm not aware of?

A lot of registered nurses actually do start out hot, often idealistic youth wanting to save a part of the world. Then 10-15 years on the job makes them age like milk and want a time machine so they can back to punch their younger selves before choosing to be a nurse.

It's typically a very stressful job with a lot of prerequisites, demanding hours, and can be physically taxing too. That has a nasty impact on people's looks over time.

Can confirm, am dating a nurse. She's still very attractive, but the job has taken a very obvious physical (and mental) toll on her health in the only 3 years she's been a full time RN. Also doesn't help that she always works night shifts which has completely thrown her natural body-clock out of wack.

There's no excuse for having a profile that doesn't operate on maximum privacy settings, especially when you're trying to find your way in the professional world.

I struggle to think of a job in this world where your employer doesn't ask for your social networking account. Shit, like 6 years ago, even working a cashier job at Universal Studios, my bosses all added every employee on Facebook. I mean, you could deny the friend request, but good luck with that.

You have no obligation to add your coworkers on your social media profiles. In fact, it's almost always a smarter decision not to. If someone makes a fuss about it, then that's their problem, not yours. No one is entitled to have a window into your personal life just because they work with you.

He's talking about the employer, not coworkers

The same exact thing applies to your employer. They can't force you to allow them to have access to your profile if its protected with maximum security settings. That's a huge violation of privacy and completely illegal.

The vast majority of people who get fired from social media posts operate with public profiles without any sort of regard to who might be seeing the content they post. Don't allow your employer and/or coworkers to have access to that information and they won't. It's as simple as that.

I also find social media goes against one of the benefits of the internet which is anonymity. It would suck to lose your job over a political post just because someone was triggered enough to contact your employer you have listed on your public profile.

There's nothing anonymous about personal social media profiles like on Facebook. If you choose to openly broadcast such personal information over the Internet, you have be to ready to face the consequences if you post openly controversial things. There's no excuse for having a profile that doesn't operate on maximum privacy settings, especially when you're trying to find your way in the professional world.
