GG is the most feature complete and (oddly enough) accessible modern FG thanks to its insane amount of ingame knowledge and resources that no other FG provides

Injustice 2 and MKX may get shit for their competitive scene (they also have decent tutorials) but there's tons of features and modes (just like tekken) and it's great to just play for fun

I have 2 older silblings and to put it blunty, 1 of them is ghetto as hell (college dropout, lives in the hood, speaks ebonics even though none of us do) while my other siblings is more of a geek like me. The thing is, they both have toddlers a year apart and it's reeeeaaaaally eye-opening seeing them both together this summer...

my upper class niece is a year younger than my nephew from the ghetto and she seems about 2 years smarter...

she can play 2 different instruments (recorder and 3 string guitar), she uses adult coloring books with mandalas in them while my nephew can't even color inside the lines yet, her vocabulary is about twice as good as his, and she's even better at videogames (I let her play New Super Mario Bros and she caught on so much faster than he did)

I actually used to tease my bro about spoiling his kid (buying her expensive learning toys every week, classical music in the womb, always spending a long time to explain why they're disciplining her instead of just getting it over with, etc.) but GODDAMN when you see the results it's as clear as day

the series has been on a downward trend towards mindless shooter since Fallout 2. Fallout 4 has an amazing combat & inventory system compared to it's predecessors of course, but the RPG elements are garbage (even settlement building is pretty boring without mods to make NPC occupants more interesting)

Hype =/= characters are liked. There's hype when a character (any one) makes a 3-1 comeback. There's hype when there's a perfect. There's hype when there's swag. People can lose their minds over anything. Hell, did you see the level 3 XF Dark Phoenix ditto? Literally 2L mashing, and FChamp won because his opponent's XF ran out first. The crowd was screaming loud as fuck.

More characters = more opportunities for Hype. EVO for UMvC3 got boring seeing the same teams fight over and over, repeating so many characters from the previous game is not a good thing, a smaller roster is never a good thing.
