hey, i already said i've personally never heard of anyone using the phrase "i'm speaking with [insert country]" and that that could be caused by the language barrier. if it's a totally normal phrase i'm fine with it, sure. (if it is a language barrier thing that doesn't explain why people are shitting on trump for using the phrase in the twitter reactions, though, unless they're all people who aren't native english speakers as well.)

also, nobody is answering the question i asked in post #92. if it's shorthand then what is it shorthand for?

I know ppl when ue would be extended like 19 months or whatever back in the day who purposely applied to ceo jobs and shit that they werent qualified for just to satisfy their 2 applications a week requirement to extend their unemployment to stay on it while working under the table.
