Shapeshifting (specifically into other people, like Mystique and Morph from X-Men, or like Changelings and Doppelgangers from D&D).

I could get into anywhere I wanted, with nobody realizing I'm not supposed to be there.

I could effortlessly disguise myself as anyone I wanted to take the blame or the credit for my actions, or even invent a brand new persona out of whole-cloth just for kicks.

I could con people into giving me free shit just because they think I'm a celebrity.

I could probably steal anything, spy anywhere, or harm anyone (physically or otherwise) I wanted to, and nobody would be likely to figure out it was me as long as I'm able to avoid capture before I can shapeshift again (the trick is to shapeshift into the desired form well in advance, wait for the cooldown to expire before doing the thing, and then shapeshift into a new form to get out of trouble) and am careful enough to avoid being seen shapeshifting.

I could tank anyone's reputation by stealing their identity and doing things that their families, friends, and/or fans hate.

I could even send powerful governments toppling down just by impersonating their leaders and torpedoing everything from within.

Even with the heavy nerf of a 24-hour cooldown between uses, this is still giving me carte blanche to go on an unstoppable crime spree. And that is, inevitably, what it will end up being used to do. It's like Plato's idea of the Ring of Gyges: absolute power of anonymity corrupts anyone absolutely.

How is this legal?
Because nobody with the authority to enforce the relevant laws wants to enforce them when Trump and his rotten band of fascists are the ones constantly breaking them, either because they're afraid of being seen as "too political" (e.g. the FBI) or because they're firmly on his side (e.g. local and state law enforcement, the entire judiciary branch).

How about instead, Microsoft sells off the entirety of the Xbox division (and all their various acquired gaming companies within it, like Bethesda, Double Fine, ActiBlizz, etc., as well as the IPs those companies continue to hold) to Valve? That seems considerably more sensible, considering that Microsoft has, by and large, lost money over the decades in their attempts to get a foothold in the gaming industry.

Do none of these CEOs understand that if you don't make time for maintenance of the spirit, for self care, your body will make it for you with medical issues, mental issues, or other pitfalls?

You cannot work hard with a broken or ill maintained foundation, not for long at least. Though as modern business culture seems to be trending into "line go up today and tomorrow it's somebody else's problem" maybe that's the intent. Grind your workforce into nothing within a year, two years, then let a successor or private equity firm figure out how to salvage it
That, and they're likely banking on just immediately getting new cogs to replace the old, broken ones in their machine, but only when they can't just make the remaining workforce work more and harder to make up for the losses.

Like Reservoir Dogs, if it suddenly became a slasher flick (minus the actual deaths, of course; Batman can otherwise be as brutal as Jason or Michael if the director, studio, and writers want him to be) partway through.
