| RetuenOfDevsman 06/12/24 1:03:53 AM #43 | I went to start a new playthrough on Extreme, but it turns out there's a European Extreme in this release. Game over on alert, huh? I finished 2 with that setting, and that was a much harder game in my opinion. So sure, why not?
I'm following some guides this time to make sure I get everything, again no kills, and then I'll do a victory lap playthrough with all the stuff I've unlocked. Except... I guess I can't really go nuts with the weapons, can I? Oh well. Oh wow, it's ESPECIALLY not hard with these extra camos. I'm not sure if they rolled over from my last save or if it was because I chose I like MGS3. But Desert Tiger and that one woodland camp are downright overpowered, lol. Ah, here's the first thing (other than the damn Kerotans) I missed: the Zombie face paint is behind the building Sokolov was in in the Virtuous Mission. I bet there was a high camera there in Snake Eater. Probably why I never missed it in those days. --- There's a difference between canon and not-stupid. |

Also, just to double check I thought clear nail polish was pretty much clear nail polish, but as it turns out, a different tutorial I looked up distinguishes between nail base and top coat. As opposed to games that never got patched in the past.For starters, that isn't strictly true. That one N64 WWE game is probably the most famous example. You could mail in your cartridge and they'd send you the fixed version back. For continuers, they were a lot less prone to ship them broken in the first place. Perhaps because patching wasn't considered a possibility so they followed more rigorous testing standards in-house, or perhaps because the games were simpler and consequently easier to test thoroughly. --- There's a difference between canon and not-stupid. |

Yeah, Scarface has not aged well for me. I generally roll my eyes when critics say that mob / crime movies 'glorify the lifestyle,' but they honestly have a point when it comes to Scarface.
